Красивый отель Beautiful hotel

I was on holiday with my family from 03.09 to 13.09. 2025 in a hotel on the second line. The hotel is generally not bad, you can even say good. But for a hotel of this class there are nuances that spoil the good impression.
First the good:
The territory is beautiful, large, green, well-groomed.
The rooms are large, equipped with everything you need (a sofa, two armchairs, a large table)
There are enough restaurants, snack bars, bars. There is a separate Movenpick ice cream, there are donuts.
There are bars only for alcohol. Only premium alcohol.
A - la carte (Italian, Asian (+18), Greek) are very good.
The pools and water parks are wonderful. Children from 2 to 16 - expanse. On Monday and Friday, the show is but (weak) at the main pool, yoga and children's entertainment on the beach.
The children's club is excellent.
Now the disadvantages.
The rooms are cleaned very badly, and you have to ask them to do it (to bring a towel, to change the bed linen), cosmetics are not replenished at all.

In the bar by the beach there is one young worker (as well as in the rooms, young and inexperienced people clean), who does not have time and cannot make cocktails, coffee.
The lobby bar, the bar by the restaurant are excellent.
FOOD
For such a hotel it is very weak, snack bars are weak, no variety, in general very weak compared to Sunrise for example.
Breakfast and dinner are quite tolerable, there is fish, meat and chicken, but lunch is very weak.
If you are not picky then the hotel is 4+++.
