We were a couple at Luna Sharm at the end of May. Despite the small "star" of the hotel and negative reviews in most cases, we had a good rest and recommend it for relaxation! We bought a ticket through t-o TPG. There are no complaints about the organization of recreation and the level of service, everything is organized quickly and professionally. Many thanks to the manager, who was in touch with us around the clock throughout the rest. Upon arrival at the hotel we were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. Reception staff are courteous and accommodating. Number Standard. Good, spacious, comfortable. Bed, bedside tables, table, TV, wardrobe, refrigerator, air conditioning system, bathroom with shower, balcony with plastic furniture. Yes, everything, of course, is not new, but in good condition, especially considering the cost of living. Cleaning is mediocre. Nutrition. We had breakfasts - the choice is not very diverse, but in general, not bad - porridge, vegetables, sausages, toasts, eggs, fruits, salads. The beach is a five minute drive, sometimes used a bus, sometimes a taxi. Nearby there are good beaches with reefs, and with comfortable sandy entry. . Near the hotel there are excellent restaurants and cafes where we had dinner. The area is small, there is a pool, but we did not use it. Only occasionally sunbathed on sun loungers. The staff at the hotel is pleasant, helpful, helped in resolving all issues. If you do not look for cons, then the hotel, as for 3 * is quite normal and quite suitable for a relaxing holiday.
