I never wrote reviews about hotels, but now I could not restrain myself, and it would not be fair not to warn my compatriots. I often go to Egypt - I go diving. I am not a pretentious person, without special requests. I take, as a rule, inexpensive hotels - the whole day at sea on dives and I don’t need special conditions. Therefore, in August I chose Luna Sharm. Tour operator TPG, host of Flash Tour.

It all started with the fact that late in the evening at the Sharma airport, the meeting guide said that the first night I would spend the night in another hotel. And I had already booked a transfer for diving to the Luna Sharm Hotel in the morning. I had to change everything at night. Brought to the hotel at the beginning of the second night. The room was terrible, but given the late hours and fatigue, went to bed. The next day after diving, I settled in Luna Sharm. So.

Restaurant. Language does not turn to call this institution a restaurant. Line for forks, line for plates.

They wash the used ones and immediately take out 3-5 pieces into the hall. Fight. There is no mention of table knives at all! At the beginning of the distribution, there is a plate on which salt and pepper are poured in a heap, people take it with their hands, naturally everything is mixed (photo).

About the range of a separate conversation. Breakfast - an Arabic dish of beans, rice, boiled eggs of dubious freshness (issued "under signature"), 2 pcs. All! There is no bread, no buns - only cakes (if you have time to take it). From drinks, water, sometimes a drink like Jupi, tea - you pour fine powder from a can. You have to beg for sugar. There are practically no fruits - there were a couple of times melon and dates (they are lying on the territory under palm trees). There are no napkins on the tables, at the entrance the administrator sits and gives out one by one “under signature”. Food dropped on the floor can lie for hours, no one cleans it up. The floor is dirty, tables without tablecloths, wiped with a dirty cloth, stains remain.

Bar. Works from 10 to 22 hours.
Strong alcoholic drinks do not stand up to scrutiny - chatter is impossible. There is no wine! There is no beer! Water in the room is not given - drink at the bar. Bottled must be bought in the store. Therefore, in the restaurant there is an Arab queue with bottles at the cooler. During the day, there is usually no bartender on site. The bar stools are wobbly and dangerous to sit on. There is no air conditioning at the bar, as well as in the entire lobby - there is one fan that blows you off your feet.

Rooms. The dirt is unimaginable. Cigarette butts are lying on the floor from previous residents (photo). Along the perimeter of the room to a height of 30 cm fungus. (a photo). There are no towels at all - I lost half a day for knocking out one towel. The nasty-looking red-haired "Arab" Ahmed at the reception answers all the requirements "good" and this is where all their actions end. I spent two (! ) days to KNOCK OUT a blanket with a terrible-looking sheet (photo). On the third day, the plaster from the wall collapsed in my room (photo).
The bathroom is dirty and covered in paint. (a photo)

There is no toilet paper. Soap had to go to the reception to ask.

Swimming pool. In the children's pool, the water is 10 cm. In the large one, 20 centimeters are not topped up to overflow. Naturally, there is no circulation and filtration. Bottles, glasses, cigarette butts, leaves and other debris float in the water. Bleach is poured in the evening, that's the whole "cleaning". This pool is of variable depth and filled with Arab children all day long. The poolside chairs are old with dirty, torn mattresses.

The territory is incredibly polluted - mountains of bottles, cigarette butts, fallen fruits and crushed dates, paper and other garbage. The lawn is green only in the pool area, in the rest of the territory everything is burned out, the trees are dry.

The overwhelming majority of guests are Arabs. Dirty, cynical, unceremonious, arrogant, loud.

Everything written is not bias, but a cry from the heart and a desire to warn those who want to get here.
