Good day to all.
For 8 years of traveling, for some reason it was after the "rest" in this hotel that I wanted to describe it.
So, I want to help make the right choice for tourists who are still thinking about visiting this hotel, because. I myself read reviews about Luna Sharm a month ago and was surprised that in 3 * it can be so wonderful according to reviews. For comparison, I’ll say that I rested in 4 *, and in 5 *, and in the Holiday Village, in a 3 * hotel I was the first and most likely the last time!

I'll start with the accommodation: at the reception we were met by a guy named Ali, whom we paid $ 30 for a good room, which we regretted very much, he gave us the opportunity to choose a room from several similar rooms (old and dead), if the room is with teressa, then opening the door to the balcony, you will find a wild stench due to the solution with which they water the greens (these are camel feces dissolved in water) and this aroma spreads in the morning and evening. Also, around 18-00, they begin to poison mosquitoes, and besides the stink, there is still a terrible smoke. The hotel area is small and 80% of vacationers are Arabs, which is terribly bad, on the beach and in the hotel they constantly look at "our" tourists, and on the beach, Arab women personally approached me to take pictures with me, we are like for them monkeys on the beach, with which you should definitely take a picture. I’ll return to the rooms, on the second day our guide from Pegasus came to Said at the reception and asked us for another room, already at 15-00 we checked into a beautiful and spacious room for free, not counting the 30 dollars that Ali received. Our number was 221, I recommend. And they don’t have wardrobes, just a curtain behind which you can put your things, hangers - you need to beg for it, we were given 4 hangers for 3 people. There is also no hair dryer in the room, we asked at the reception, but then they took it from us and said that the hair dryer was put one in two rooms, horror !! ! So we went to reception again and asked for another hair dryer. It is a pity that no one described that there is no safe in the room, but there is something similar to a safe at the reception. As for cleaning, it was, but towels need to be thrown on the floor to be changed, and bed linen has not been changed for 2 weeks.
Animation. Or rather, its complete absence. Why is it for the Arabs who rest in this hotel, we are the best entertainment for them, they look at us like in a zoo. For 2 weeks there was karaoke 2 times and once for schoolchildren (they also came almost from the pioneer camp) there was an oriental show.
Beach. The lawn, on which they carry from this hotel, can hardly be called the Red Sea. Tourists who go to see the beauty of the Red Sea - you definitely do not come here. Not only was there 80% Arabs in this hotel, but the neighboring beach is a city beach and all Arabs climb closer to tourists and pester with acquaintances, the beach guards constantly made remarks to the Arabs so that they would not approach "our" tourists . The water on the beach is muddy, there are no corals and fish, a couple of times I saw a few fish, apparently they got lost. We bought tickets to another beach and took a taxi there, but this principle is expensive.
Nutrition. The food is modest, but you will not stay hungry, for the first time I met a hotel in which for 2 weeks there had never been french fries and sausages)). Fruit is a rarity, and vegetables were not fresh almost all the time. I even managed to get poisoned, my guess is milk, so be extremely careful. The brightest and most positive impression was created by Reda - a bartender, a very positive person and fluent in Russian.
We went on an excursion and took dry rations - I warn you - it's terrible! Take food from the restaurant and make your own sandwiches.
The impression about the hotel is that it corresponds to the number of its stars, but I do not plan to return to this hotel anymore, and if I go to 3 *, then the main criterion will be a good beach.
I hope that my review will help someone make the right choice.
