I read in separate reviews that there were Fish and squids for every dinner, and sterile cleanliness in the dining room - and I think: did we rest in another hotel, or were some reviews custom-made? We flew to Sharm from 01.01 to 10.01. Briefly: Cons 1. Pegasus is completely unprepared to transport people from Israel to Egypt. Passing through customs, passport controls, waiting for buses for an hour - for all tourists of our flight, the road after landing in Elat to the hotels took 10 (!!! ) hours, also from departure from the hotel at 10.01 at 00.10 to departure at 11-50 (was supposed to be at 10-40) almost 12 hours! Pegasus guide - Bassem, held one meeting, he was not seen again. There was no information about the departure time 4 hours before departure from the hotel. They knocked this information out of him via whatsApp, 2.5 hours before departure, losing an hour at the reception. 2. Not important food: fish was given 3 times in 8 days (two - in a thick batter, one - stewed mackerel in tomato paste). In the dining room (I can’t call it a restaurant), tables are cleaned very slowly, there are always not enough cutlery and utensils for juices and drinks ONLY plastic! Even though the room is on TV, the hotel advertisement shows glass goblets corresponding to drinks (wine, juice, etc. ) 3. Terribly rude, not smiling bartender in the main bar of a 5 star hotel, which is open from 19 to 23 hours. We didn’t go to the bar for the second half of the rest - on vacation they didn’t want to spoil their mood because of the stupidity of the village. In addition to the main bar - another one on the beach and near the pool, open during the day. Alcohol is terrible. Good bottled beer. 4. From 17 to 19 neither bars nor the canteen are open. Vacationers have nothing to do with themselves even at 19, when a dining room and a grill bar on the beach open - there is a pandemonium of hungry vacationers who have been hustling for half an hour in a street gazebo, in which only football in Arabic is shown on TV ???? . At 23 - lights out! All sleep. 5. Slow Internet via Wi-fi only at the reception. Pros: 1. Apart from the bartender, the rest of the staff is smiling and friendly. They left a dollar for cleaning - to support the cleaners, who even gave flowers at the entrance to a well-cleaned room. They forgot to close the safe - the room cleaner did not take anything from the safe, although the dollars were in plain sight, from above. 2. Very pleasant and active animators - Vlad and Asya. 3. Very good number - 2602. Little things like a spider or a poorly closing balcony door were ignored. Settled in 2 minutes. Although we were supposed to be accommodated in the Sport Area, they gave us a room on the first line without any additional payments. 4. Green, well-groomed territory of the hotel. Very beautiful! 5. The Red Sea is the best! The coral reef is polluted, there are no stars and rapans, but there are a variety of fish. 6. Within walking distance - shopping street and hookahs. A 10-minute drive from the Old Town. A free bus goes there at 17 or you can go by yourself - $ 3. I wish everyone to wait for the opening of Egypt - it is hard and long to fly through Israel.
