The first time we rested in this hotel in April 2018 and we really liked the rest, we decided to definitely return. The occupancy of the hotel in April was up to 60%. But disappointments began with the restaurant, they began to feed worse, the beef was not chewy, the chicken was often burnt, the tomatoes were unripe, cucumbers and zucchini with sand, dried oranges, inedible melon. They even managed to "cook" a lamb and a turkey that could not be cut with a knife, it was unrealistic to chew and swallow! Only pastries and cakes were delicious. Tables are not cleaned in time, in order to eat you need to win a table for yourself. On the beach, sun loungers are occupied by vacationers from 6-7 in the morning. . . After breakfast, as we are used to walking by 8 am, finding sun loungers was also a problem. The queues at the bars were also not encouraging. . . The hotel became a well-selling hotel and the occupancy rate reached 90%. There were no more staff and the hotel could not cope with such loads, this affected both the service and the food. But the much-loved Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino is no longer the hotel that you definitely want to return to.
