We were at the hotel at 18.00. They immediately put on bracelets. The CIS and the Baltics are orange, Muslims are green, Europeans are without bracelets. Check in was quick, we were seated within 15 minutes. Many thanks to the hotel managers, since we originally ordered the Sports Zone, but the bed creaked in the provided room, we were immediately moved to the Preferent Zone at no extra charge. The rooms in both zones are not much different. Distance from the sea matters. The hotel area is large, very beautiful, many flowers, everything smells, crickets sing in the evening, beautiful lighting, the area is very well-groomed.
2) about the Room. The room is clean, the towels are changed every day, the room is also cleaned daily. The beds were made, the linen was not changed in a week. There are no slippers and bathrobes in the room, but this is not critical. There are no shampoos in the shower, we took it with us in advance, there are a lot of shops near the hotel, you can buy it. There is a hairdryer, each room is equipped with a bidet. Every day, 3 liters of Nestle drinking water, a couple of tea bags, coffee, powdered milk and sugar were brought to the room. There is a kettle. There is no Wi-Fi in the room, there is free Wi-Fi near the pool and reception.
3) About Nutrition. We had everything included. The food is varied, a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits, from the first courses 2 soups are stable, but they are grated, not for everyone. The hotel has its own bakery, so a lot of pastries, cakes, fresh buns. There is enough beef, chicken, fermented milk products, tasty cottage cheese, they bake pancakes, fry fried eggs in the morning. Not tasty sausages and sausages, cheese is also selective. If you are waiting for squid, shrimp, then this is not. The fish was delicious every day. You can go to three restaurants by appointment. You need to sign up in the morning to get to the restaurant in the evening. But from our CIS tourists there is always a queue, as once for sausage, they queue at 8 to sign up from 9, they swear, it's just a shame. from 16-17.00 by the pool delicious ice cream

4) About Drinks. Our (CIS) bartender looks at the color of the bracelet, they pour wine, beer into plastic cups, Europeans into glasses). But in my opinion, our people behave this way, they get drunk, they are rude, that we ourselves are to blame.
5) about Animation. Every day there was water aerobics in the sea, children are also entertained. The pool has 3 slides.
6) about Corals. There is a small coral on the beach, but even on it there are about 10 species of fish, if you sail further, at the level of the end of the pontoon, there are still a couple of large corals, excellent, the fish are simply incomparable. We took coral walkers with us, we never needed them. We saw 4 lionfish on the beach, there were no stingrays.
7) about the Beach. There are a lot of sunbeds and umbrellas, the sand is cleaned, in the morning they give out a clean towel in exchange for a card, in the evening you hand over a towel, they return the card. It is our people, Russians, Ukrainians, who occupy sunbeds at 6.30-7.00 in the morning, and they may simply not come, but the sunbed is occupied. The hotel administration does not react to this in any way, although we already found sunbeds.
