I never write reviews but this is probably a cry from the heart!!!!!!
If you are planning a "vacation" in this hotel, read my review, maybe it will be useful to you in making a final decision.
This was the third visit to the country. The hotel was chosen according to the principle: rating, reviews, price / quality, and some parameters of the first coastal, sandy beach and entrance to the sea. So, our choice fell on Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino 5 *.
And so, we arrived at the hotel at 11:00. Already at the reception, we were struck by dirty and terribly greasy sofas and armchairs. Well, in general, such furniture is everywhere in the hotel. They settled us in the palm area apartments.

As soon as we got into the room, we were horrified: old, almost collapsed furniture, doors burned by gobies, broken tiles, a rusty shower cubicle. I instantly made a march to the reception on the issue of resettlement. The next day, a room on the central alley was vacated, and for an extra charge we were moved. Here the furniture was a little better, but again, broken and crookedly laid tiles and other nuances did not form the feeling that this was 5 stars.
Further, I will write in the format of "description - and in fact. "
1. A large well-groomed territory - yes, big, but well-groomed and beautiful, but: the hotel is divided into three parts; the central one is PREFERRED FRONT, the central alley on which all the main infrastructure is located (at the beginning of its reception, and closer to the sea bars, swimming pool, restaurants).
- the side part of the PALM AREA, which is located away from the main one, across the paved road behind the fence. To the pool and restaurant on foot 8 min. On the territory itself there are no bars, no pools, nothing but sleeping places.
- and the third is SPORT AREA, which is located across the road with 4 lanes and heavy traffic (with children is not an option at all) it's like 2 coastal. To the pool and restaurant on foot 10-12 minutes. There is also no bar or cafe on site. There is a small swimming pool with dirty sea water and 4 sun loungers as well and tennis courts.
By the way, in the description of the hotel there is only PREFERRED FRONT, but they write about PALM and SPORT as the rest of the hotel, but in fact it is a “castle”.
2. Electric cars drive around the territory - yes they drive but: the point of departure is reception, that is, if you, for example, need to get from PALM AREA to a restaurant, you will have to wait until someone arrives at PALM.

3. The central restaurant where breakfast, lunch and dinner is tough!!!! ! Dirty tables, chairs, floors, queues for food, no empty seats, you have to wait for spoons and forks or look for trays and take it yourself. For food - there is meat, chicken, fish but: there is no choice! One type of meat, chicken and fish, which tastes like carp, but the consistency is like boiled lard. Vegetables - cucumbers and tomatoes, but: oddly enough, you have to stand in line for them. Soups for everyone. There are almost no fruits. Confectionery 3-4 types of cakes. Drinks (alcohol, wine, beer) are poured into disposable transparent 150g cups. This is generally a trash 5 star restaurant!!!!
4. a la carte restaurants, 1 visit but: first you need to have time to get in line in the morning to sign up. In the restaurants themselves, they do not bring the main menu, but a couple of cheap dishes and drinks from the main restaurant.
5. Two pools but: for Egypt, these are not pools, but puddles. I wrote about one of them above.
6. a gorgeous beach, but the beach is beautiful, well-groomed, sand, lagoon, pontoon, but: you need to take a sunbed before 8.00. There are no corals.
7. Three bars, yes, but: the pool bar and beach bar open from 12:00 to 17:00. The third one, which is the only one operating throughout the territory from 18:00 to 0:00, is located next to the central restaurant. All bartenders work with this kind of “what do you need, wait a minute” “choke on”. Slow, always distracted.
Again, all alcohol, wine, beer is poured into disposable 150 gram cups, and even one cup in hand. That is, everyone must go and take for himself.
8. Public toilets are dirty and smelly.
In general, both I and other vacationers with whom I talked, got the impression that the positive reviews about this hotel are either paid for or they write them themselves.
So. Dear tourists, if you want to spoil your vacation, be always on edge, stand in lines, march from your room to the beach, sit in a dirty dining room and eat tasteless fish with your hands and monotonous food washed down with wine from a disposable glass, then you are here at Maritim Jolie Ville Resort & Casino 5*!!!!
For ourselves, we concluded: never here !!!! ! This is a provincial hotel with a dirty self-service canteen.
