I chose this hotel based on reviews because of the sandy beach in the very center of Naama bay, there is no second one like it in Sharm. Perfect entry into the sea, with small live coral. Coral slippers will not come in handy. There are fish, but only a few species. In addition, the hotel is located on the main tourist street of the city, and this saves on taxis. I booked a room in the Palm Area (middle zone), but they had some kind of problem, so they settled in a room in the more expensive Preferred Area, and at no extra charge.

The hotel area is quite well maintained and clean. Nice to see. The hotel itself is quite sprawled, walk decently. But golf cars are constantly driving and delivering wherever you say. Most of the holidaymakers were Italians and Arabs. The rest are Ukrainians, Belarusians and Kazakhs. They all constantly occupied sunbeds on the first line from early morning and came when they wanted or did not come at all. It infuriates, the same Italians and Arabs do not do this.

This is probably why in this hotel the residents of the post-Soviet countries are treated a little worse than the rest. For example, a drink at a bar is not poured into a glass goblet, but into a small disposable plastic one. The beach was cleaned every day, the sunbeds are not killed and there are a lot of them.

There is free Wi-Fi on the beach, by the pool and in the lobby.

Good animation. Constantly some kind of activity both during the day and in the evening. The guys are trying, and not strained at all.

The room is large, the furniture is normal, in this regard, there were no complaints. There are no Ukrainian channels on TV, and no music channels either. There were three Russian propaganda channels. So TV is nothing. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but it was sorted out very quickly.

The staff is good, friendly, no one extorts money.

I liked the food - both variety and quality. From seafood once there was an octopus, and so mostly fish. Variety of meat.
They also have their own bakery, so a good selection of pastries, sweets. No one will be left hungry, and during the whole day. Alcohol is quite high quality, as for Egypt, the beer is not diluted. But alcoholic drinks only from 12 noon to 24 hours. If anyone is going on an alcohol tour, then this hotel is clearly not for you.

The flight back was late (transfer at 20.00), and check-out from the room at 12.00. But the administrator provided the room until 15.00, then the bracelet was removed and nothing else was available except for the sea.
