We stayed at the hotel for the third time. SHOCK!! ! It seems that the hotel was changed to a triple, the decor remained, but where is the SERVICE?

The hotel area is a snow-white two-story villas, in the middle of which there is an alley with flower beds, fountains, arches, along which electric cars drive and vacationers walk. Everything is surrounded by greenery, a lot of palms, flowers, flowering bushes and trees, ornamental trees. The hotel has three zones Preferred Front Area, Front Palm Area and Sport Area. Keep this in mind when buying a tour. The closest zone to the sea is the Preferred Front Area, up to 500 m long, it houses the reception, the main restaurant ORANGERIE (where you will have breakfast, lunch and dinner), 3 a la carte restaurants, a French restaurant, 2 bars, a spa, a gym and a fresh water pool with water slides. This is the most beautiful, greenest and most flourishing area. In the evening, beautiful illumination on palm trees, fountains and flower beds, like in a fairy tale.

The Front Palm Area is located across the side of the road, on which cars rarely drive, goes to NAAMA BAY and is very noisy, there is no pool or bar in the area, up to 500-600 m from the sea. The Sport Area is located on the second line through two busy busy roads , it has a small pool with sea water, sports areas, there is no bar in the area, a conference room, a casino, 700-800 m from the sea. Electric cars for 6 people run around the hotel, they also run to the Sport Area, through a busy road. On the spot, you can always agree for additional money on relocation to the zone closest to the sea. At the exit from the hotel to the left in 50 meters begins NAAMA BAY, with many shops, restaurants, cafes, discos.

The beach is large, 5 rows of sunbeds at great distances from each other, plastic sunbeds with mattresses under the sun loungers, palm trees and flowers between the rows. Towels are issued on cards and only once a day ...The entry into the sea is sandy, the bottom is completely cleaned of corals and stones.
There is a small "home semi-dead coral reef" with fish, surrounded by buoys, you can come up and look at the fish. You can also watch the fish from the pontoon. For snorkellers, there is a place deeper where divers swim, with four coral patches, lots of fish, rays, even had the luck to swim with two huge sea turtles. Reefs are 70% alive, but we saw many new species of fish that you can’t even see on live reefs, many of them were more than 5 kg, we saw cuttlefish, crocodile fish.

The rooms are tired but relatively clean. Plumbing is new and working, there were no foreign smells in the room. The furniture is not new, the filling of the room is good, there was enough space for things. Lovely new mattresses, snow-white bedding and snow-white, good quality towels with the hotel logo. There are no cosmetics in tubes.
Dispensers with liquid soap and gel are provided, there are no shampoos at all, there is one shower cap per room, a sewing kit, ear sticks, napkins, toilet paper. The room has a hairdryer, kettle (coffee, tea, sugar, dry cream replenished daily), air conditioning and refrigerator worked quietly. Every day, when cleaning, 2 bottles of 1.5 liters of water were replenished. Towels were changed every day, bedding on the 5th day.
Internet WI-FI was in the lobby, near the main pool, in the SEAGULL'S bar, sometimes even on the beach opposite the bar. The signal is weak, it was not always possible to connect, but sometimes it was even possible to talk on Viber.


Animation was on the beach. Water aerobics, exercises, yoga, darts, boccia, dance training, children's and adult discos. The hotel didn't care about regular guests. Last year, when visiting the hotel for the second time, we were given a good room close to the beach for free (they thanked us later), a bottle of wine, a large plate of fruit, bathrobes and slippers were waiting for us in the room. This year they settled in a good room, but they made me pay a tidy sum, they brought only a plate of fruit to the room, even after a complaint, we didn’t wait for the promised bathrobes and slippers until the end of the holiday, no one congratulated us on our wedding anniversary ...

The old staff (with whom we rested for the third year) was friendly, smiling, greeted us, welcomed us back to the hotel, asked how we were doing. The new ones are like zombies, without a tip they can't see or hear you.

Nutrition is now a painful topic. There were enough vegetables and fruits, but vegetables with sand, fruits were all cut into pieces.
Meat (dry chicken, not chewable beef, beef liver and beef balls were edible), baked pangasius fish was still edible, fried and dry stewed mackerel. On the third day of our vacation, after numerous complaints, they opened an a la carte BBQ restaurant on the beach for lunch and dinner, a little unloaded the main restaurant.
