I will say right away: this is my first time in Egypt, so I have nothing to compare with, I write about what I saw.
I liked the hotel. Marble paths, laconic houses. Everything is in flowers. Purely. The sea is within easy reach, the main promenade of Naama Bay is across the road. Since we arrived in quarantine, instead of a building on the second line, we were accommodated without additional payments on the first line (building 23). The location is ideal - you can't hear the noise in the evenings, it's a stone's throw to the reception. I liked the room, as for me, it's stylish. The safe didn't open on arrival and was fixed within 5 minutes. Special thanks to the staff! Very polite guards, hardworking gardeners. Very knowledgeable staff at the reception.
Cleaning and room service. This is the first point that bothered me. We came across a phlegmatic cleaner who constantly forgot something every day. There are two of us - put towels on one, another day - no toilet paper, 2-3 times I forgot to put water, a tea set - a separate song - there is coffee, no cream or sugar, glasses and so on in a circle. And he took tips every day. He didn’t spin the swans, even on my birthday, he took the tip and waited for us to knock down baksheesh for a cake from the hotel (((

Food. Alas, I had to look for something to eat. And I'm not talking about lobsters with oysters (I'm just indifferent to seafood). Like for every meal 2-3 types of meat and fish. But!! ! Either heavily peppered, or with specific seasonings, or very fatty. For people with healthy stomachs - this is not a problem, for me and for tourists with small children - a very big one. Bottom line: I ate rice every day, chose meat without gravy and not fatty, steamed vegetables (which ended very quickly). I didn't like the fruit, very poor. . . What suited me was the breakfasts. True, I never got any yogurt or cheeses in the package, although I came early.
Sea. The beach is big and clean. I liked the sea. As always, one big problem - our sunbeds will be occupied and come to dinner. The first days we were able to take sun loungers only by three o'clock... Then they began to go in the morning to book and relax by the sea.
Enjoyed the free wifi. I heard it's rare in Egypt. Although we often had to connect and even reboot the phone, we caught it well in the room. Although I saw people constantly sitting at the reception, buried in their mobile phones.
Despite these nuances, I liked the hotel. And I would go back there.
