We rested from November 20 to November 30 this year with a company of 4 girls. We flew from Minsk. Operator Teztur. In Sharm for the third time, in this hotel for the first time (the last time, in March of this year, I rested in Sea Life Resort 4 *). Personally, we arrived in a good mood, with a friendly and respectful attitude towards people and without unnecessary show-off)) Therefore, we liked the general summary - we liked the hotel, and were very pleased with the rest itself! SETTLEMENT. We arrived at 9 o'clock in the morning local time, arrived at the hotel by 10 o'clock. At the reception, we were asked for documents and given to fill out questionnaires. There were two sisters in our company, and they were offered to either move into a large room immediately, but with a shared bed, or wait 14 hours for a standard room with separate beds to be released. And since the “bed issue” was not a matter of principle for them, after 10 minutes, without any additional payments and a long wait, we were all given the keys to the rooms, cards for towels, bracelets and coupons for a free visit to the Italian restaurant.

NUMBERS. Our company was settled in a distant one-story bungalow (No. 53). Me and my girlfriend in a standard room (60 m2) with separate beds, and two sisters in a corner room with a shared bed and a living room (90 m2). Both rooms are very spacious, clean, everything worked properly. Of particular joy was the bathroom with a shower, bathtub and two sinks)). The room had a kettle with a set of "tea-coffee-sugar-cream" for two. Cleaned daily, in general, no complaints. Tipping was left in a day or two. We were afraid that there would be a lot of mosquitoes, but there were almost no mosquitoes in our bungalow, although they complained about them in the next bungalow. crawling into the room of various kinds of living creatures (for example, a small lizard once stumbled into the room of our friends, although we quickly caught it and sent it for a walk in the fresh air))
Before entering the room there are comfortable wicker chairs with pillows and a table - it's nice to sit there in the morning with a book)).
TERRITORY. Before leaving for a vacation, we read in many reviews about a rather scarce and even scanty territory in terms of vegetation. But upon arrival, it turned out that everything was not so bad. I would call the territory of the hotel just very open and spacious. Between the bungalows there are many large lawns that are constantly irrigated with water. Yes, there is no such “violent” vegetation here, as, for example, in the hotel of the same group on the first line, but I just liked it! Here you feel the space and your special style. And when all the vegetation is in a bunch, this is also annoying)) I liked the pool - large, the water is warm (+26), the depth is max 160m, min 140m, but there is a small area where it is even smaller + there is a separate children's pool and jacuzzi. The location of the bungalows themselves is also quite good - all are in relative proximity to the pool, restaurants and bars.
CONTINGENT. The bulk of vacationers are British (pensioners and a few young people)). The rest - Germans, Italians, Egyptians and "Russian speakers" - about an equal number, a few Poles. Oddly enough, but the Germans sometimes strained - they behaved like that and created such a noise around themselves that they easily surpassed our compatriots (those from Tagil))) in this regard.
Another such moment. The hotel has a large conference center, so some events take place here from time to time. During our holiday there was a conference of Egyptian doctors. This did not create any particular inconvenience - only once, on the day of the start of this event, at breakfast, we hardly found a place in the restaurant. But in the future, either the organizers of the conference, or the managers of the restaurant, nevertheless managed to organize the catering process in such a way as to avoid the simultaneous influx of people.

RESTAURANTS. In addition to the main restaurant, there is an Italian restaurant (up to 13 days of rest free admission 1 time, if 14 days - 2 times) and a Thai restaurant with a discount of 35 pounds per person. To be honest, initially we intended to go to one and the other, but we never did. True, we signed up for Italian and even went, but didn’t make it: the appetizing smell of barbecue from the main restaurant lured us all the same)))
A little more about the main restaurant. Breakfast: traditional - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, chopped vegetables, sausages, cheeses, pancakes, croutons, beans, cereal with milk, delicious fresh bread and rolls, pastries (croissants, muffins and pies), chopped fruits (most often orange, grapefruit, melon ), pickled fruits and yoghurts. Lunch: at first glance, it seems to be rather poor, but this is from excess)), - in general, there is always something to eat (for every taste). Dinner: it's just a holiday! Every night is themed - different cuisine. Meat dishes are always beef stew (very tasty), fish and chicken are also wonderfully cooked. There was also veal and turkey. Potatoes, rice, pasta, stewed and fresh vegetables, all kinds of salads. And sweet is generally an ambush, it is impossible to resist! Just awesome cakes, pastries and various jellies. From fruits - mostly guava, persimmon (astringent), apples, tangerines, sometimes bananas, unripe dates for some reason and once there was a watermelon (just on my birthday! ). Tea is only black, coffee is Americano (not strong), juices are, as usual, like “yupi”, wine is more or less, and it seemed to us that white was still better. By the way, another point: the name of the dishes in the restaurant - only in English.
BARS. One bar by the pool. By the way, you can also have lunch there: first, your choice is salad or soup, then your choice is a sandwich with different fillings and french fries, or barbecue meat (beef or chicken) with french fries, or pasta.
Two bars on the beach: one is fully paid, the second is also available on an all-inclusive basis. You can also have lunch here so as not to return to the hotel, but the choice is small: for the first - two types of salad, for the second - a sandwich or French bread with fillings and french fries, pasta. You can buy espresso coffee (14 pounds) and ice cream (12 pounds for 1 scoop).

SERVICE STAFF. It is different - how it gets in)) In the main restaurant, we were lucky to immediately sit on the “right place” and get to a good waiter, then we found another one of the same and in the future we tried to stick to them))). They served very well, everything was quickly brought and taken away, always with a smile and attention, they did more than was required of them - it was very pleasant. But several times we still got to others and immediately felt the difference: they are not in a hurry, they grimace, they forget (for example, they bring water, they won’t take glasses, you ask, then you wait, remind and leave . . ). So such advice - you found a good waiter, and go to him))) So you want to leave a tip, which we did later.
The bar on the beach is also quite nice staff - no complaints, but we didn’t like it at all at the pool bar - it feels like they are doing you a favor... it’s even somehow embarrassing to ask them for something)) twice - the issues were resolved without problems and promptly.
The main language of communication with the staff is English, in Russian only "traditional" words and phrases. The school level of English is quite enough to understand you.


BEACH. This is a big plus of the hotel! The bus to the beach runs every half an hour (08-00.08-30, etc. ) Drive 7-8 minutes. Absolutely not annoying. The beach is large, shared by two hotels (by the way, if you wish, you can walk around the territory of the first hotel). The arrangement of the beach, in my opinion, is very successful. There are four solid pontoons with convenient descents into the sea, and there is still an opportunity to enter the sea from the sandy shore near the second and fourth pontoons (if you count from the extreme left). A small part of the beach is equipped on a flat plane, and most of it is stepped, on rock ledges, which was especially pleasing, because. there is an opportunity to retire a little with a small or large company, but in this case it is better to arrive at the beach early in order to choose a better place.
And now for the sea. It's just magical - clean, warm. The corals are pretty good, the underwater world is impressive - there is something to see (I personally liked the area between the second and third pontoons the most). Different fish sailed, one day more, another day less, but larger ones (thank God, not sharks)) were mainly observed in the area of ​ ​ the first and second pontoons, and moray eels were seen in the area of ​ ​ the first. By the way, next to the paid bar there is a diving center where you can rent a mask, snorkel and flippers for free. Another important point: only the second and third pontoons have a shower.
ANIMATION. All animation is carried out only on the territory of the hotel. There are three active animators in the hotel: two guys and a girl, all Egyptians. There is another girl who, in theory, should entertain children, but we didn’t see how she does it)) The main active animator is Amr, a rather charismatic and pleasant guy (by the way, he arrived at the hotel almost simultaneously with us, so we can say that we were lucky: judging by the reviews, there was almost no animation in the hotel before). He does gymnastics in the morning, taps in the afternoon, hosts a show in the evening - he does everything perfectly, we liked it, by the way, he also dances to Michael Jackson)), in general, a talented guy. The second guy is responsible for sports (volleyball, water polo), and the girl conducts belly dancing, yoga and sometimes participates in the evening show. But for some reason we have the opinion that all the animation rests only on this Amr.
The evening show starts at 21-00 and usually lasts 40 minutes - an hour, after which either someone sings or plays an instrument until 23 hours. The program is different every evening: either an African show, or an Egyptian, or a fiery one, or magicians, or acrobats, or already the traditional Miss Hotel contest, in which I also had to participate, but I won and became Miss Hotel Jolie Ville)).

The hotel also has a pretty good spa, table tennis (free) and 2 tennis courts (until 18-00 free, including racket rental).
Once again I will make a reservation: this hotel is not for lovers of active night traffic and partying.
OTHER. Another benefit of staying at this hotel. Every day there is a free bus to Naama Bay from the hotel: at 19-00 (back at 20-30) and at 21-00 (back at 23-00). You need to sign up in the morning at the reception (in this case, you need to clarify - with or without a return). By the way, you can also take a local minibus (blue) to the center and the old town, it stops on the main road in front of the hotel. The cost is 3 pounds per person, but before you get into it, negotiate the price with the driver, otherwise he will charge you more))) You can bargain for a taxi for $ 4 to the old city.
On my birthday, they brought me a cake to my room, and then another one with candles and songs was presented at a restaurant at dinner. It was very nice!!
