yesterday we flew back from vacation, the impression of the country and the sea was good, but this hotel, to put it mildly, "let us down"! we did not initially pursue luxury and it was important for us to have a place to sleep and the opportunity to eat, but we did not think that everything would be THAT bad! we arrived at night, we were seated in room 252, we went there, we wanted to cry! there is no hot water in the room, no glasses, I’m generally silent about the hair dryer and the alarm clock (I only interrogated the hair dryer on the 4th day), the bed is filled with incomprehensibly what, the old tattered furniture, and the view from the window is not impressive at all! those who come to Egypt for the first time are settled in this room, so that later, for a fee, you will be moved to a "good" room. So we fell for this bait. , the next we were put in another room, where there was a bedspread, a balcony and glasses, but in a strange way the cover disappeared on the 3rd day and did not appear again! As for food, every day is the same, photos and pictures on the net showing luxurious tables with delicious food in this hotel are nonsense! for breakfast every day - scrambled eggs and pancakes, milk soup from powdered milk, markings, cabbage, cucumbers from drinking the forgotten yuppie drink, cafe and tea! for lunch and dinner there was at least a little variety, but still something was missing! when they came to eat at first they could not understand why DISPOSABLE PAPER cups smell strange then they realized they WASH them!!! ! and to such an extent that at the bottom of the glass the bottom is all divorced and the glasses become soft! we were just shocked! bed linen and towels are all see through and in spools! our towel was torn and we were forced to pay 15 dollars, it was not very pleasant! The staff is quite friendly, they were not rude or rude. The pool was promised with heating, but during the whole holiday we could not get in there - it was very cold, the heating was not turned on. Plus, the hotel is its location, near 1001 nights, shops where you can walk, walk to the coral beach 10 minutes. This hotel is for a more relaxing and family holiday, there are very few young people there. My personal rating is 2+, I would not go there again!
