The rooms are old, but everything is whole, it works, it's clean.
Wi-Fi - no, it was better to catch it in the room, in the rest of the territory it can be said no. Sometimes it was possible to call on viber, but it rarely worked...
Animation is a good team, funny. Light up! Competitions are standard, nothing new, but the guys are trying very hard.
The staff is super. Everyone is polite and pleasant.
The beach is perfect. Living reef. Sea of ​ ​ fish!
SPA - don't be fooled by the hammam! ! Disposal of clean water. The steam room is disgusting, zero hygiene. Massages separately can be good (I don’t know, I haven’t tried it), but Hammam is not worth the money !!!
The contingent is Ukrainians, Belarusians - 80 percent, the remaining 20 are foreigners. Lots of retirees. Lots of. Grandmothers in dressing gowns with bags of Silpo met often).

Of the minuses - food. Well, very poor somehow for 5 *! There are very few vegetables, only cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and lettuce leaves. All. Well, 2 types of smeared salad... There are no greens or a variety of lettuce leaves... There are no complaints about sweets). I would like more fruits - 3 types were served (dates, bananas, green oranges, 1 time there was persimmon and a couple of times a week figs, that's all). Disgusting coffee, instant Neskafe in a machine, powdered milk in a machine. Tea only in bags and only 2 types of Lipton green and black. And that's it. Of all the 5 * hotels in Egypt where I have been, this has the worst food and the most disgusting coffee / tea. I don’t compare food with 5* Turkey, because it’s impossible to compare here at all, but compared to 5* in Egypt, food and drinks are the worst here (I don’t drink alcohol, I can’t say anything). Despite the fact that the hotel is not cheap!
What surprised me - there are no paper NAPKINS in the restaurant!!! ! IN GENERAL!! ! And it's 5*! ! You can’t wait for the fabric one, and how it’s not quite hygienic for me ! ! No toothpicks either! The indoor restaurant is like a canteen((. Cups ran out very quickly and you had to queue to pour yourself coffee or tea. Dirty cups were also common((.
Another of the minuses - there is nowhere to dry clothes on the balcony !! ! Take ropes and clothespins with you, as the rope in the bathroom is a meaningless invention, while in Egypt everything dries faster on the street!!!
And the biggest disadvantage of this hotel, as it turned out for me, is the creepy old trestle beds on the beach!! ! They are very heavy, they are very difficult to move, it is easy to tear your back!! ! And since I had to move constantly - because. we are not roasting under the sun, but hiding under an umbrella - it turned into a quest for me ! ! Yes, the sea and the sunset are super and the fish are super! ! But only because of these trestle beds - I no longer consider this hotel for my next visit!!!
Conclusion: The hotel is absolutely not worth the money that we paid for it. Too expensive for economy 5*. For this amount, we could go to other hotels of a higher level, but we were led by the reviews! I cannot recommend it.
