So, almost 3 weeks have passed since we returned to Kyiv and, so to speak, "with the heat, with the heat" is ready to share our impressions of the rest in this glorious hotel.

In general, the rest was magical, but there was also a spoon, or rather fly in the ointment, as well as without them.
We looked at this hotel a year ago when we celebrated the New Year at the Maritim Jolly Villie Casino hotel in the same bay (Naama Bay), 5-7 minutes. walk from Novotel.
Then we just kept an eye on where we would go next. times for variety. Then the same hotel was recommended to us by other people we met
in Fares restaurant, in the old town. They have been here already 3 times and told us that we will not regret if we go there.
In general, despite all the epidemiological trash and all the risks, we freaked out and flew to rest, because it was hard to be in Kyiv. The year has been difficult.

So, let's go in order:

1. Territory. Landscape design is good. The layout is well thought out, down to the smallest detail.
Everything is compact and comfortable. During the day, a pleasant lounge plays, which is also captivating.

2. Reception. In addition to the Arabs, as many as 3 Russian-speaking young ladies! I have never seen anything like this in Egypt!
Their names are Olya, Oksana and Lada. The first two - they do an excellent job, ten on a five-point scale, especially Olya. They react to complaints quickly, listen without rudeness even to the heaviest hysterical clients and smooth out sharp corners. In general, my respect and offset!
Lada - I will not say anything ...The pale shadow of the above two, how they still keep it - is a question for me.

3. Numbers. We were settled in Novotel Beach. The rooms are a bit tired (furniture), but not critical. There is a table, sofa, TV set. Shower without mold and fungus, which pleases Pts! Bed ok. wide and comfortable.
Gels, soaps and shower caps are regularly updated. There is even a clothesline in the shower. Pts. conveniently.
My advice - settle on Palm (2nd line). The rooms are newer and more spacious. On the Beach you will listen to disco and animation every evening until 11 o'clock. It's sometimes stressful.

4.
The beach is excellent. The entry is shallow. You can even see fish! Sunbeds - normal, awnings - too. The beach bar is neat.
Porters work properly, bokshish do not beg. Looks like during the crisis, they are handed out slaps well, so that they do not upset customers.

5. Kitchen - variety is so-so. No frills. Chicken, beef, fish, + rice, pasta, pizza, etc. - you will not be hungry, but there are no frills.
In general, everything has been said in previous reviews, so I will not waste time here.
Separately, I was pleased that a separate manager was assigned to the restaurant, who monitored the work of the waiters. I don't remember his name, but he always wore navy blue pants and a lilac shirt.

When a customer complained about poor service, or the waiters carelessly wiped the tables or something else, he inserted such cradles for them that they looked pale.
Dementia, lack of understanding of Russian-English-Ukrainian, as well as laziness and unwillingness to do quality work - it was like shooting away! Therefore, if game happens, say right away that you will complain to the manager.
They hear this word - they rise very quickly! I saw with my own eyes.

6. Animation - delight! There was one black Egyptian named Jackson and 4 girls from Ukraine. Jackson is a Stakhanovite animator along the way. He led aqua aerobics, salsa, bachata, in the evenings he also showed circus performances, in short, a reader, a reaper and a piper at the game.
I don’t know what the animators didn’t please in previous reviews, but these guys, as for me, coped with their work with a bang and even better than in some hotels in Turkey.
Every day aqua aerobics, Salsa, yoga, a separate program for children, cartoons, a disco in the evenings, etc. I managed to take 2 photos, I'm attaching : )

In general, in general, it is clear that during the crisis the hotel tries not to lose quality and clings to the client.
There is even a separate traffic controller on the road, who stops cars when Palm guests move to the beach.

Well, now the shoals, or rather fly in the ointment : )! How could it be without them

1. The first thing that pissed me off is that you are cheated everywhere. We bought fresh juices at the bar - every day. In dollars they cost 3 dollars, in pounds they should cost 45, we were counted at 50.
When I started arguing with them, demanding a price, etc. , they fell out in the cold, pretended that they did not understand what was so clogged in their system, etc. In general, it was not easy to win the right price.
One day, orange fresh was stupidly diluted with water! True, when we already approached with a complaint, they remade us, but the sediment remained!

The same picture, with the seller Mango, who sells next to the hotel. He's still an asshole. It weighs, cheats, and is also rude. Therefore, I advise you not to take it. It is better to walk a little further, there are a couple of other points.
2. Mosquitoes. November to December is mosquito season.
If you want to sleep peacefully, take fumigators from home with you, otherwise hunting for mosquitoes in your room will be your daily evening entertainment.
Those fumigators that are sold here are trash. They work badly.

Outcome:

1. The hotel as a whole is cool and the best in all of Naama Bay. This is no joke. Game with pest control - happens in all hotels, so alas, you will have to live with this, wherever you go right now.
2. Will I come here again? Yes! I will come but I will settle in Palm.
3. Will I recommend? Also yes! Surprisingly. The whole team as a whole - did their job well. The hotel is trying to keep the client, and it shows and yes. The occupancy was 80% or more.
At a time when the rest of the hotels in the bay are half empty or do not work at all!
4. In general, if it were not for mosquitoes and this unpleasant incident with exterminators, then I would give the hotel a solid ten, but so far - only 8. There is something to work on!

Have a good holiday everyone!
