If a Ukrainian approached the bar to take a glass of beer, he could take only one glass in his hands. We were resting 7 people, i. e. everyone himself had to come up to take one glass of something. You have to constantly stand in line, this is not a vacation, I have not seen this before. The Italians were given trays with 10 glasses or more. They were allowed to take out French fries, while Ukrainians were not allowed to do this at all. In general, I have never seen such a strong humiliation. I am a young girl, I come and take 2 glasses of wine, once for the whole day and he does not give me these two glasses, I start filming him and say that I will put it on youtube, Ukrainians should not rest in this hotel, after which he grabs my phone, starts calling me names in his Arabic and says that for them women are nobody, he can kill me here. . . and score, well, it's generally a nightmare, just a disaster. The hotel is located in a good location, close to the city, close to the airport. Everything seems to be good in this hotel, but the service staff spoils everything, there were a lot of indignations from the Ukrainians, we all rallied, as it were, in trouble, there were a lot of us and no one will return to this hotel again. We did not buy excursions from the guide, as the prices are very high, we already know this. Guides - rude, snickering people, they drove us to sell us a tour. They took our card, tickets, three times a day we went for them to pick up tickets, they constantly changed the time, then they said, come tomorrow, then in the afternoon. When I came and said that he should give us tickets, the guide replied that he should not give us anything and said "go rest. " That is, they drove us several times, only in order to convince us to buy an excursion. We had children with us and we had to go to the meeting with the guide with the whole family, that is, three children and us. . . sense to go to all children? When I filled out the card and asked a question, the guide answered me, "Don't you understand the Russian language? " In general, they are just rude.
