First of all, I never felt any disrespect for me, no one was rude, everyone was helpful and with a smile, always! Italians were never allowed in front of me either in the bar or in the restaurant. Also, it is from the reviews on Turpravda that I learn that you can not sit in all pools? ? ? And you can not eat everywhere? And the child is not allowed on the playground? Also the first time I hear)) We lay near all the pools in the area where we wanted, near the Italian more often, no one said a word and did not even look askance))
The Italian restaurant, which is closer to the sea, is also open to everyone for lunch, the food is similar to the main restaurant, so we often went to the main, because it is more spacious and closer to the room.
And in the evening in this restaurant dinner by appointment 1 time for rest, so also sign up without problems, but in advance, day 2. Food is normal, repeated often, given 1-2 times a week, in general, there was something to choose from even small children. Everything is fresh and of normal quality, well, except for the chemical sausage and the same juices, but so everywhere in Egypt, at least in this price range of hotels. Well done waiters, running, clearing the tables quickly, in the evening asked if we would drink something (wine, beer) and also brought, even without tips.
The only thing is that the Italians have their own animation and much cooler than ours, both day and evening and children's club, so it is clearly included in the cost of their tours, increasing this cost! ))
About the room: we lived in a bungalow, the furniture was normal, not shabby, nothing was broken, the water was always hot, the repair looked pretty fresh, nothing was paid for the settlement, chocolate was left for cleaning, "swans" were always, towels changed, bed linen changed the first day my daughter smeared candy, everyone changed without reminders.
THE MAIN THING, about which, in my opinion, should be written in the reviews, too, is the sea and the beach, about which almost no one writes in the reviews! (Because of which I could not understand for a long time whether to choose a hotel or not. Surprisingly, most go to Sharm not for the sea, but for food, or I do not even know).
All in all, I wanted a good reef and lots of fish! And I got it! )) Pontoon 120 meters, a lot, but not a kilometer, I have rules.
You can swim in both directions from the pontoon, on the one hand a tight rope, you can hold on to it and swim, who is afraid, on the other just swim, near the pontoon forever a bunch of people crush, sail 5 meters and beauty, I swam 100 meters side, I was not whistled and not forced to swim back (which is practiced in some hotels), my 8-year-old daughter also constantly swam with us in a mask, in general we like snorkeling in such an aquarium sea)
From the water to the knee, only children swim and adults lie like in a steam bath)) During excursions on a yacht to the White Island three stops, we dived with snorkeling masks, fish and corals are the same as in the hotel, also swam and in the Blue Hole near Dahab, nothing that I would not see in the hotel, and fish and less, maybe a lot of tourists. But people from other hotels came with us, so they said that their reef is much worse and they really liked snorkeling on the tour.
Of the minuses: beach towels can be taken once a day, inconvenient, dry them for lunch, especially nowhere; our animation is weak and monotonous, especially the day program and children's disco, fortunately we had something to do during the day and we did not particularly need it, but in the evening we would like faster or)); The pontoon is closed for swimming until 10 am as standard, although there is no wind, the pools start working quite late, given the hot climate, many would be happy to buy from 7 to 11 am.
Wi-fi is only in the lobby where the reception, but this, in my opinion, even in the description of the hotel is written, and I do not consider it a particular disadvantage.
There are a lot of urns and garbage on the beach, BUT many people are lazy to walk a meter and plastic cups and bottles are actively tucked between the deck chairs! (And on the beach, judging by the bracelets, sit mostly not Italians, but our dear compatriots and neighbors)
The Egyptian guide from the TUI company, who held an information meeting, is the only scarecrow in Egypt, from which we heard a hint of rudeness and contempt when they refused to take him on tours! ) Because we took them twice cheaper in front of the hotel in the agency Gena and Cheburashka! ) And we did not even trade there)
