We traveled as a family, three adults and one child. Dad made a birthday present - a trip to the sea. It was wonderful! I really liked the hotel! As soon as we got off the bus, put things down, a friendly, sociable, cheerful, in a good mood animator Daniil immediately ran up to us, who immediately told us about the hotel (where it is), told us what event was taking place, invited us to it, than immediately set us up for a good holiday.
At the reception we were greeted with a smile, the room was ready, we were settled immediately. Dinner was brought to the room, as we arrived after 22:00 (albeit quite small). The staff is very friendly, from the reception to the cleaners, I really liked the manager Irina, who every day was interested in whether everything suits us and what comments we have about the hotel, the food is varied and very tasty, many thanks to the chefs!
The rooms are very good, the rooms are clean, for the children there were two separate large enough and comfortable beds, the room was cleaned every day, the hotel area is very large and beautiful, two swimming pools, large slides, the animators are wonderful! First time we met such friendly and funny animators. All the guys are great and did their best, they are very positive and cheerful, they give their best, various events take place all day long! (Aqua aerobics is super! )
During our stay (8 days), there were 3 foam parties. On my birthday in the morning, a postcard came from the hotel administration with an invitation to the main restaurant in the evening, a message was sent to the phone that a surprise awaits you. In the evening, during dinner, they brought out a cake with a candle, cheerfully accompanied by drums and a happy birthday song. Liked the surprise!
The only thing that overshadowed our vacation was the guides from Anextour, we went with them for the first time and the impression was just terrible!
We will never go with them again, we will stay away from them! They lie, are rude and spoil the mood very much!
