If you want to eat a lot and eat deliciously, as well as lie and bask in the sun by the pool - then this is definitely your hotel : ) - this also applies to the Amphora Blue hotel. You will NOT be able to swim to your heart's content in the sea - firstly, the sea is fenced off with buoys (approximately 30-40 meters long and up to 10 meters wide). Any attempt by you to leave this perimeter of an improvised concentration camp is strictly punished - there are at least 2, and sometimes 3 guards-"rescuers" sitting on the pontoon and they get hysterical: they whistle at all whistles, sometimes even swim - they catch up with violators of the strict regime zone ).
Regularly, somewhere around 11 a. m. and before lunch (around 2-3 p. m. ), the pontoon (entrance to the sea) is completely blocked with a metal fence and a red flag is hung - they explain it either by a strong current or by a high tide - although everyone is swimming on the neighboring pontoons (100 meters to the right and left) in the nearby hotels, the pontoons are not blocked.
