Over the past year, this was my 2nd trip to Sharm el-Sheikh, 4th trip abroad, since my first trip to Egypt (2006) I have rested only in 4+ and 5* hotels, I have never rested on the second line, feel free I can call myself an expert on Egypt. Given the situation in early July, I chose this hotel as a non-alternative option, when all tour operators except Coral ran out of flights.
As for the hotel, it really received 5 * this year, but let me remind you that neither the beach, nor the sea, nor even the size of the territory, bars and animation have any effect on stardom, otherwise no hotel in Moscow would have received 5 *, and the assessment of hotels is standard everywhere (although apparently not objective everywhere). A truly complete set of services in this hotel is presented: in the room - a TV, a bath with a shower and a bidet (built into the toilet), a safe, the required number of wardrobes and wardrobes, a telephone, air conditioning, on the territory - free sauna and jacuzzi, Wi-Fi in the lobby, laundry , clinic, etc.
I personally liked my vacation very much, but this is because I knew what I needed from Egypt and I know the Nabq area well - where to buy, where to go. The beach, which many scold us very well arranged - in Sharm, which is primarily associated with corals and fish, it is very pleasant to enter the sea along the sand. Apparently we were ready and even waiting for this Egyptian heat, because it was very easy for us to walk 10 minutes to the beach.

What else I liked about the hotel: the architecture (it’s still worth visiting such a place once - friends look at the pictures with bated breath), the rooms are cozy and tasteful, free internet (I took a laptop and corresponded in ICQ in the evenings), pools are cleaned (Russians pollute them most of all, throwing glasses and even cigarette butts there! - however, I met such "Russian culture" everywhere).
What I didn’t like: the hotel was not fully completed (I got the impression that, as their stars gave them, they stopped finishing) - this concerns the entrance and territories behind the buildings, the bartenders just took me out - it’s not scary for an experienced person, I just sometimes yelled at them (it happened that a queue of 3 people stood for 10 minutes, but in the presence of the general manager, five were served in 10 seconds; they poured not what they asked for, while making a stupid expression on their faces, they told some that they were reluctant to make coffee with milk or interfere with a cocktail) , I became friends with the guys at the reception (except for one), because I have long known what a useful thing it is, so they have helped me a lot to solve problems that many have been running around for days on end. The food is of high quality, but not varied, perhaps from all the Egyptian hotels where I have been - I liked the food here the least.
So my conclusion: you can relax and very well, if you know what exactly you need! This hotel deserves a four objectively (why - I described above), but up to 5 stars there is not enough service or services, do not let yourself be deceived and behave yourself with dignity and everything will be OK. Have a good rest!
