Hello Everyone! In Egypt, we rested for the first time. The hotel was chosen long and tediously both on the Internet and in travel agencies and chose on its own head. It all started with the arrival at the hotel at the reception. We were the first to give our passports and the questionnaires were filled out first and we were the last to be settled! Other vacationers were settled quickly, but as it turned out later for $ 20. My husband and I, tired and hungry from a 30-hour journey, were settled after 2 hours and with a big scandal. Do you think it's all over, no!!!! ! They gave a good room near the pool, but without a safe, separate beds and a door-window that does not close. Again at the reception to make trouble. He promised in 5 minutes there would be a safe and the doors would be repaired. As a result, after a long siege of the boss's office, he gave up and the door-window was hammered tightly. Hurrah!!!! ! And the safe was never given. The hotel is beautiful, the territory is green, well-groomed. The rooms (we had two of them) are good, they were cleaned every day, but the towels and bedding were never changed. The food is fresh but repetitive. Pastries and cakes are super! Fruits are few. And now about the main thing - the bartenders are rude!! ! Russians and Ukrainians are not people for them, the British and other foreigners come first. They are all nothing to us. Scandals every day. Now about the beach about the sea. We went to the beach on foot as the shuttle bus-Casper (most of the rest was missing). The sea is shallow 400 meters, but at a depth there are corals and all sorts of beautiful fish swim. The sea is clean and transparent. And there are many large dangerous hedgehogs in the sea. In shallow water there are also corals and fish, but not as beautiful as in the open sea. I advise you to go to Ras Mohammed on a yacht (excursion-$30 per person) if you swim badly, a vest is a must. We went to Cairo to see the pyramids - we liked it ($ 70 per person is better to take from a guide - the road is long). On the tour, we talked with people from other hotels; there are no such problems with the staff. Rest in Egypt, but not in El-Khayat-Sharma!
