This hotel was purchased for a family holiday with two children aged 16 and 6.
We went in the evening and went straight to dinner. Then we went to settle in. The first number was generally "ATAS". Exit straight into the tree that grew in front of the door. Solid dirt both in the room and in the bathroom, and this despite the fact that at the first check-in a present was left. Naturally, they went back to the reception. We were not alone there, all 4 couples from our bus demanded the same.
After that, we were taken to three free rooms, from which we chose a more or less normal one. And then in it I had to wash all the surfaces and even the walls with my own hands. Floors not washed. The furniture is broken.
When it was time to go to bed, it turned out that the bed linen was very badly used. As a result, we changed it at 11 pm.
Further points.
1. There are no water coolers in the hotel at all. Upon check-in, I had to demand two bottles of water in the room, and then buy it myself.
2. From the declared all for locally produced alcohol, there was nothing at all. Stupidly one answer to everything and always: over. And not only alcohol, but also beer, water, cola...
