We chose this hotel based on the reviews, most of which were positive. In fact, everything was not as good as it was in the reviews. The hotel is located on the outskirts, around only construction. The hotel has not been completed to the end, in many rooms the renovation has not been completed, although people are being accommodated there (new building). The hotel area is small and nice. However, in the evening the territory and buildings are poorly lit. The rooms are small, dirty, gloomy, on the 3rd floor in the rooms instead of the ceiling - a brick dome. The rooms were cleaned poorly, the dust was not wiped off, linen and towels were changed once a week, although they constantly laid out figures from towels (for a tip). The mini bar had water and juice every day. Service at the hotel is completely absent, starting with the reception, where they immediately offer unfinished rooms and refuse to relocate, including for money. we managed to move only after attracting a guide. The food in the restaurant is not bad - very good and varied pastries, but from meat dishes - only chicken, sometimes beef and lamb, there are no fish dishes and seafood, salads interfere with yesterday's half-eaten dishes (once a melon with teeth marks was found in a fruit salad). The restaurant itself is terrible - dirty walls, unwashed tablecloths, on the tables instead of a napkin - A4 paper, and there is only one hodgepodge for the whole restaurant and you still need to run after it. There are no teaspoons at all, tea had to be stirred with tablespoons. The waiters are all in dirty clothes and torn shoes (looks like bums). there are 3 a la carte restaurants (fish, chinese and japanese), but they have the same chicken. There is a bus to the beach 1 time in 30 minutes, the beach itself is small, there are always not enough sunbeds and mattresses, beach towels are dirty, there is no pantone, you can go to panton, located 100 meters from the beach. There is no animation, and I don’t really want to go to it, because in the amphitheater you have to sit on stone steps, you are not allowed to take mattresses. Disco normal with a free bar, on weekends - show programs. In the evening, a bus runs to Naama Bay and the old city by appointment, you need to book 5 days in advance. Tours can be safely taken at street agencies, where they are 1.5-2 times cheaper than from a tour operator. We really liked the tour to Jerusalem for $100 per person. very impressive. Also a very good boat trip to Ras Mohamed. The totality of positive and negative qualities of the hotel pulls only 3 stars.
