We flew to Sharm early in the morning, we were brought to the hotel at 5:30 in the morning, we were greeted with champagne, the children were given non-alcoholic cocktails. We filled out the cards at the reception, took our passports and offered to wait in view of the fact that there were no free rooms. Offered money - did not help. We waited in a cold lobby, but at the same time we walked around the hotel, visited a bar where they didn’t charge us for drinks, showing on a sign that all drinks were free. After 1.5 hours of our adventures, we were given the keys to the rooms. The porter grabbed all the bags (as he could only drag them! ) And escorted us to the room. The room does not pretend to be Kseny Sobchak's requests, but we liked it, the beds are large, the mattresses are not squashed, all the lamps work, the refrigerator freezes, the air conditioner blows (but we never turned it on during the whole vacation). The room is cleaned cleanly, from the towels of whom only they will not build. The first crocodile was built for us without a tip at all, we really liked it and after that they began to leave $ 1 each, what a fantasy flight it was! Yes, and it's nice to go into the room after the beach and see some little animal on the bed, or even on two.
The cuisine is varied and delicious. They ate everything except salads dressed with their local white sauce, the taste was for everyone. Be careful with food, you can really overeat and return to your hometown as a bun.
Baking is divine! They collected full plates, spitting on figures and world standards 90x60x90. The confectioner is Turkish, does not speak Russian, expressed our admiration for him in broken English using gestures. On the last day, we took a few buns from the restaurant and did not regret eating at the airport while waiting for our delayed flight.

Animators - mo-lo-dtsy! All from Russia. The whole day at the pools they invite vacationers roasting in the sun. Exercise, yoga, aqua aerobics, volleyball, dancing, fun starts, something else. . . When we were driving to the airport, collecting tourists from other hotels, people who had a rest in 5 * shared their impressions with us. It turns out that they have not even met their animators. They were neither seen nor heard. In the evenings, evening shows and competitions were held in our hotel. At night there is a disco.
Another nuance, there were no bracelets in our hotel. On the last day, we checked out of the room at 12:00, after that we went to a restaurant for lunch, then we didn’t pass by the bar, and only then we went to the airport. The people at 5 * were not even given water in the bar after check-out, saying: No bracelet - no water.
Separately, I want to say about the guide from Pegasus - Olga. A lovely lady who knows her job. We always knew that if we had problems, turning to Olya, the problems were eliminated at the moment. He knows all his tourists, gives practical advice, builds hotel staff, who sometimes gets out of hand, worries about Russians who have gone too far, they are escorted to the room; ). Olya is great!
Another super Moataz Mohamed at the reception. It is a pity that he did not work when we were settled. Excellent employee, shirt-guy!
All employees are smiling, ready to do everything for you, but sometimes they discuss vacationers in their own language.
Buses run to the beach. Sometimes we went on foot, the time was the same. We went to the beach only 4 times, in February it is windy on the coast, only one day was calm. Mostly sunbathing at the heated pools in the hotel. A new one is being built next to the hotel. If they give you a room with a view of the construction site, my condolences... Although they are building during the day, you will not be in the room during the day.
Airplanes fly over the hotel, but it does not bother. Planes fly over almost all hotels.
Free buses run from the hotel in the evenings to Naama Bay and the Old Town. Be sure to go and sign up for a trip on the day before departure to spend the rest of the money.
