ОТСТОЙ SUCKS

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!
The only plus of the hotel is the well-groomed territory. There is nothing more positive. They settled in a barn - made a scandal at the reception, after which they gave a tolerable room, but never changed bed linen for 12 nights, the cleaning service enters the room without knocking, even if the "DO NOT DISTURB" card is hanging. There is no choice in restaurants, they cook the same thing, and deliver food to 2 restaurants, periodically suffered from heartburn from this cooking. There is nothing to feed the children at all - they only ate soups with me. Everywhere they are rude, if you speak Russian they generally show complete disregard for you, when you switch to English they can still fulfill your request. Please avoid this hotel if possible. Because I don't know why they give themselves 4 stars - you can't give them more than 2.
