I really don't understand where the good reviews come from. Perhaps everything was different before the pandemic. In Egypt for the sixth time. There is something to compare. So straight to the point. Worst hotel I've been in. It's not all inclusive or 4 star. More like half board with 1-2 stars.
1. Sea. To the sea it is declared - 1 kilometer. Maybe, but there is no beach. The beach is 12 kilometers from the hotel. You need to go by bus, about 15 minutes. The bus goes once a day - to the sea at 10.00, back at 14.00.
2. The beach itself. It's called Charks Bay. Old dead sun loungers. Gray pebbles. There is no sand at all. The beach is small, they don’t let you in for the buoys, you won’t swim much, although we swam under the indignant waving of our hands and the whistle of some Arab. Corals are boring, nothing to see. Yachts are moored very close. There's a break all around. In general, for beautiful photos, do not come here.

3. Numbers. We try not to be there at all))). The ceiling flows and falls off in pieces, the tiles are cracked, dust and rust. The sink is leaking. We put 2 towels for our feet, by the night we are still stomping in a puddle. Hot water happens for an hour in the morning around 9 and two hours in the evening, from 5-6 to 7-8 approximately. And not every day. Huge old TV, maybe even working. The towels are old and gray, sometimes with a strange smell. Sheets and blankets are old, sometimes with holes and stains. Windows-doors on the 1st floor - the exit from the balcony to the street is not closed. Or close, but not in all rooms.
4. Hotel. Small. Old. There is no greenery, everything is dry and lifeless, fantanchiki do not work. Very few people. When we arrived in all hotels there were 2 couples (including us) and 1 family with a child. Maybe that's how we got there. The hotel is in a wasteland. Sand and ruins all around, 15-20 minutes to the city. No wifi
5. Cleaning. Sometimes they forget to leave towels. You have to run after them. Bottled water - give out 0.5 per person per day. It's very hard to ask for more.
6. Buffet. OOOO. He is not. They bring food. You sit down and they bring you something in plates. No choice. To be fair, the food is delicious. Sometimes))). Breakfast - buns, 3 slices of sausage and cheese, an egg, half a tomato and half a cucumber, chopped. Every day is the same. They bring honey or sauces for breakfast. It really helps to diversify your diet.
Lunch and dinner. Rice is always given, of all colors and types on the floor of the plate. Sometimes potatoes and pasta. Meat and chicken are quite tasty. Soups, mostly edible, once were very tasty.
Any additional restaurants announced by the hotel are closed.
7. Bar. As everywhere. Works near the reception and on the beach. On the sea is also available, but paid. Alcohol is standard. There is everything, poured drop by drop. If you treat your alcohol a couple of times, they pour it well and beautifully. Make cocktails and decorate. You have to ask for beer. They say he doesn't exist. If you quarrel, then beer appears. Half a glass, but still, only at lunch and in the evening. Bar type around the clock, but at 12 it closes.
8. Animation. She is not. BUT! There was a show one evening.
9. Pool. Cool) And two slides, sometimes they even turn on and they work.
10. Staff. If you agree - there are pretty cute. The director is an extremely unpleasant and aggressive character.
Pluses can always be found, but not in this hotel. Have a good rest and, if possible, not in this hotel.
