Hotel pros:
- the animators are very friendly, constantly trying to entertain everyone;
- good housekeeping (often, things are folded and nothing is touched);
- the room has a refrigerator, a free safe, a hair dryer, air conditioning for heating (it was necessary this winter).
- good food (no frills, but plenty to choose from).
Cons of the hotel:
- Rude attitude of the staff at the reception/bars/internal stores (distracted, doing a favor when they come up/answer questions). In all cases, specific people (service personnel) at these places are meant.
- Bath. After a shower, the entire bathroom turned into a pool. They asked to fix it: of course, no one repaired it.
- For Russians, all numbers go to a construction site (money does not help to change a number: what I know is different people gave from 5 to 20 $).
- The receptionists do not know their own schedule of the day.
- No soap, shampoo, slippers, iron in the rooms.

- Trips to the sea by appointment only (to the nearest beach on foot 20-30 minutes, and it’s not a fact that you will be allowed to go to this beach).
- There are a lot of hotel employees, but they mostly communicate with each other, there is no one in their places from time to time - the issuance of towels (there was always no one here), a bar.
- In a bar, the principle usually works - 2 glasses in one hand. Which makes it impossible for 1-2 people to drink for everyone at once. Even if you sit next to the bar and he sees where you are carrying everything and who will drink. Once the principle of “one glass in one hand” was introduced, and each person had to come up with an empty glass as proof.
- For some people, special conditions for the issuance of drinks (by time): some may not be poured, while others are immediately poured.
- The hotel does not have round-the-clock water coolers (only in bars, 2 pieces, respectively, they worked on time).

Rooms I visited: 2105.2117, 2222.2231, 2234.2235, noteworthy:
- in room 2117 a large telly;
- only in 2222 there was a bath (in other rooms there is only a shower).
NG (The worst NG of my life! ):
- the New Year's table was closed at 21, food was not given out after that, while according to the schedule the table was until 00:00;
- after 21 they gave out drinks, sort of like for free, in one place. We stood in line for 15 minutes without approaching more than one person. Of the 15 staff, only one poured, the rest did not care, with this one the Englishman began to swear because of the poured beer (poor quality), as a result of which it was impossible to even pour a drink.
My New Year's story (I'll try to be brief, and only the facts):
At the entrance, we were given booklets with the text “21:00 closing of the buffet” and a little lower in bold type “all-inclusive food program extended until 00:00” (I kept the booklet as a keepsake). The first line was safely forgotten, as it was lost among a dozen other entries of the evening's program, and I (and, as it turned out later, very many in the hotel) were guided by the second entry (in bold text).

At about 21:00, I (and my friends) came up to join the general fun. But we were denied food. After an hour of proceedings at the reception (where they showed us the first line, and we gave them the second) we were given our gala dinner - french fries and fried breast in the room (always dreamed! there is a photo - who cares).
After eating potatoes in dry food, we waited for 00:30. We went to a paid club next to the hotel for the continuation of the banquet - which turned out to be no less fun.
About clubs.
It’s better not to go to clubs in NG itself: for 1 girl there was 1 fair-skinned and 8 Arabs. Tin! As a memory, I was left with a “talking” photograph: there is one girl performing on the stage and 15! staring Arabs! At the same time, not a single girl from the audience got into the frame)
On other days in the clubs it was normal with the contingent: mostly tourists from different countries. The clubs played different types of music every day, so you had to check the schedule in advance.
About Egypt (I went for the first time, those with whom I was from 3 to 16 trips per person):
Here it is worth highlighting the contrast in the attitude towards tourists on the part of the Egyptian population: extremely friendly people whom I met on excursions and the most vile, nasty, greedy creatures that I have ever seen in a hotel and shops in the city.
- Arabs are very greedy for money, they always try to deceive. I was always not given change until I reminded, not only in all shops (shops and tents in the old town, on ama bay, in the hotel) but also at the airport (dutyfree). In dutyfree, he simply decided to ignore me, and only after 3 times (I was 40 cm in front of him) did he decide that it was probably worth giving change (and even then he didn’t give all - although he had money in the cash register, the cash desk was just as close to me as well as to the cashier).
- It is impossible to lie quietly on the beach: every 5 minutes someone comes up.
- Arabs on the beach can take your things without any warning: for example, cigarettes without millet, or shoes to stand in it for a while (I don’t know why), or chips. I have listed only what I have seen. Maybe someone doesn't care - but it bothered me a lot.

- Arabs sometimes show a desire to command: the waiters ask for glasses (other things) that they themselves can take (for example, they will come to the sunbed on the right side, wake them up, and with the words "give me a glass" will point to the glass located on the left of the sunbed) .
- All friendly Arabs met only on excursions: Bedouins and people working directly with them and just drivers. It was nice to talk to them, to find out what normal people think.
Note:
- I was driving along the “hot” ones from the Briska company, but there were people with us who came from Coral Travel.
