Hello! We stayed at this hotel from December 4-12. We arrived early around 10-10.30, had to wait until 14-00, but everything was somehow without tension. We walked around the area. My husband was offered to pay $ 50 extra for "a gorgeous view of the pool... " and earlier than at 14-00, he said that we were not in a hurry and would wait. We were settled exactly at 14-00 in room 135 (near the pool) without any additional payments and everything else. The hotel has a very large territory, well-groomed, with beautiful landscape design. Entrance to the sea from panton, three pools, one of them is warm, lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. As for food, two restaurants, three bars: the main buffet - there seems to be a lot of food, but one cannot say about insane deliciousness and variety, of course we didn’t go hungry, but I wanted to expect something unearthly from such a beautiful hotel; the second restaurant by the pool (breakfasts and lunches) - we really liked to dine there, a fixed menu, restaurant service. The staff is friendly, if you do not come up for drinks often, but there are also outright boors. Our room was located near the large pool and left the beach earlier, and my husband stayed to play volleyball. And after the game before 17 o'clock he returned and he had to quarrel with them so that they gave him a bottle of water. Immediately signed up for a la carte (I wanted to celebrate my birthday) - this is HORRIBLE! Do not order seafood, they are not there! Tomato paste with vegetables and two mini shrimps. My husband ordered beef, they brought it raw (not fried at all), but they replaced it. They took out a compliment from the hotel with a cake (10 * 10 cm), so as not to overeat. A table for 10 people was laid next to our table and girls were sitting. So after 1-1.5 hours they were left with 3-4 people and they just started to take out food. They fought there, but it didn't get any faster. In the main restaurant, it is impossible to wait for the waiters to serve at the table! A lot of tables are "occupied" by waiters not for Russians. They put down a napkin and put a cup or plate with something, and then when "foreigners" come, they quickly clean it up and serve them. You need to look for a table during breakfast and lunch. Don't rush to clean up. Beach Bar: The bartender is very sloppy and mixes up orders. Can just turn his back and talk to a colleague, ignoring the guests!
The most important thing is the mood that is created in the hotel thanks to a good and positive animation team: Mo-Mo, Jamaica, Kelly, Alina and such a cool dark girl who all the time said "let's exercise, let's do aqua aerobics... Mina" Well done guys!

A 5-minute walk from the hotel is the shopping town of El Melcato and 1001 nights, everything can be bought. But sticky, just like everywhere else. We went to Soho - it's beautiful, and to Naama Bay. I liked it and have no regrets. Excursions were advised to take in the ranks near 1001 nights (near the end) at Tony's. A very wonderful person. And you can talk to him, and he will tell you, and tell you where it is better... I am satisfied with his work.
