The hotel was chosen among those offered by the travel agency according to the price / quality criterion. In particular, the positive reviews of tourists played a role, 5 * (friends advised not to take below 5, so that there was more or less normal service), location in the first line, a beautiful reef. Our expectations for a good vacation came true (although we were in Egypt for the first time, we went right after the wedding, so they didn’t pay attention to the little things and there was a positive attitude). The staff at the hotel is friendly, given that we are newlyweds, offered the best accommodation conditions at a discount, received congratulations and a present from the hotel manager)))). In addition, when I drowned my wedding ring in the pool ((((helped find it and get it out of there (special thanks to Islam from the rescue team). The food is sufficient, we didn’t go hungry, although more fruits and more variety could have been. Drinks in the bars are available, free water all the time. The beach is good, the sunbeds are intact, the towels too, the reef and the sea are beautiful. In general, the rest turned out to be excellent, I liked the hotel. The animation team worked well, actively involved tourists in various activities (exercises, aqua aerobics, yoga, games), evening program was also present (dances, singers, fire show).
Disadvantages: the air conditioner was turned off in the room (they said that they turned off the entire building due to cold weather), because of which it was a little hot at night, and if you leave an open balcony for the night, then mosquitoes pestered; there is no normal free WiFi (there is free only in the lobby area and then with a limitation - it was impossible to contact home either via Viber or other similar programs, only news viewing)
