At the first glance at the reception, it became clear where we were... Dirty, everything is shabby, everything is old, after checking in we went out to drink wine in a bar - there is no wine !! ! They asked for a glass of water - there are thousands of fingerprints and lips on the edging on the glass...
We were lied to when we entered. They said that the room of our category Garden View - is on the third line - it's about 10 minutes walk to the sea. But for an additional fee they can find a room for us in front of the "warm pool".
We were tired, because We arrived at the hotel already at 21:00 and wanted to still have time to have dinner. So we agreed for 35USD to that number, went to look. . .
Three of us arrived, one of us with asthma (we came to get medical treatment and bask in the sun).
The first room for an additional fee had 2 beds and 1 sofa. We needed 3 separate beds so asked for another option.

Although they all understood, they just did not want to do anything. As a result, they brought us a pallet, put a thick mattress on top of it and somehow tucked it in. We asked for a mattress pad and remade the bed. Everything was done on a tyap-blunder. We really wanted to move to another hotel, we have not seen this before...
When we told them that we were going to change the hotel, they fussed and promised to fix everything. The hotel guide from Tez Tour personally promised to cancel the signed check for payment in a room near the pool.
2 days before leaving, just in case, I asked at the reception whether we had debts for the number - they answered. that there is nothing. When leaving, they fooled us for 40 minutes and still ripped off these 35USD from us. The hotel guide did not pick up the phone anymore, because. personally, looking into my eyes, he promised to cancel everything as compensation, so that we would not leave for another hotel. I really regret that I didn’t stay at the neighboring hotel - Sunrise Select Diamond Beach Resort - I met the guys from Kyiv from that hotel - they were shocked by our check-in, and said that everything was much better with them.
Everything would be fine, all these are trifles that can be experienced. But in order to resolve all these disputes with cunning Arabs, we informed the Russian-speaking staff from the guest relations service (Customer Relations Service) and the Tez Tour hotel guide, they all just nodded and said that they would fix everything and we should not pay extra, but in the end it all turned out to be a lie. This upset me the most. There is no such service in five-star hotels. This is only in the wilderness. We will never go to Egypt again.
