There were cockroaches in the room, big and brazenly walking around. The mini bar didn't work. They asked to be repaired. They responded within five days. It's not supposed to be cold. After a request to invite an engineer to us, he was replaced with another one.
The food is monotonous. There was poisoning. Pasta is always raw and undercooked. There were pancakes without sugar, one soda. The meat is burnt, the fish is not baked.
Representatives of the Anex tour were pushing excursions, we refused and immediately their faces became angry, turned away.
