We rested with children for 2 weeks at Royal grand Sharm from May 25th. The choice of the hotel was influenced by the tophotels rating, but I don’t understand how it can have so many good reviews? Who goes here again and again? Let's leave the emotions and move on to the facts. Naturally, I will say that I am in Sharm for the 4th time, we always choose hotels of approximately the same price category, since the budget is limited. This vacation was no exception, and having bought a ticket, we calmly waited for everything to be fine. And in vain.

The sea is excellent, the reef is good, access to the pontoon is not convenient, you need to go to the end of the beach and bypass the net, but it didn’t bother you. For comparison, in the neighboring Sunrise, it is more convenient in this regard. Number killed. The location is good, first floor, 125. Read, knew, mold in the bathroom, dirt on the switches, dead mosquitoes on the walls, holes in the bed. Towels are clean, air conditioning, hair dryer worked. It stank of sewerage and 3 times they called the master to clean the drain because the water did not leave. They fixed it.

There are a lot of mosquitoes. Mosquito friends didn't have a room on the second floor. There are cockroaches.

The restaurant is terrible. Dirty, everything is old...Unpleasant. Meat only on the street and in portions. They cut them into such pieces that you need to ask for an addition, yes, just ask, and he will still ask again several times what are you saying? More? This, for me personally, is humiliating. Is it really impossible to put one type of meat in the hall? Savings anywhere and everywhere. There is nothing to feed the children. Soups are so salty that I couldn't eat them myself. The fish is not really tasty. Cheap carp. A couple of times there was mackerel, 3 times. There was tuna, I tried it once, I didn’t like it, I didn’t take it anymore. Grilled chicken half burnt half raw. Lots of fruits. If you, like me, are not a fan of pizza, french fries, hamburgers, then it will be tight. Line up for meat. Vegetables are poorly washed. I was lucky to find a lump of earth among the tomatoes in the plate. There are not fresh products.
The pastries are good in the morning.

Poisoning could not be avoided. The children and husband were poisoned and many more in the hotel complained about the same problem. I am surprised by people who write about the price, quality and about the fact that this is Egypt, what you wanted. I want a normal relationship, not to beg for food, not to live in a barn with cockroaches, and not to treat my family for poisoning during the holidays. I note that this trouble is also the first time with us.
