Maybe because I'm still under the impression) So. . . the hotel is really very beautiful, green and well-groomed. They settled us quickly. . . Well, we came for dinner. Operator "Tez Tour". The guide is attentive and courteous. Gathered everyone the next day in a separate room and told everything in detail. He was always at the appointed time in the lobby of the hotel and you could always turn to him for help. In general, there are no pretensions here. Room: The room is large and spacious, with a large terrace. The furniture is really old (if I were more disgusting, I would take a picture and show the sofa on the terrace), but oh well. Cleaned every day - no complaints. On the very first day, we had such a situation: settled down - in the room there is a large double bed and a folding bed !! ! for the child (and the child for a minute is already 14 years old). They asked to change to a bed.... immediately dragged the bed) Note. . . they didn’t resent, they didn’t shout, but they asked, and everything was changed for us right there. Please treat the staff with courtesy and you will always be welcomed. After this incident, the head of the floor or building (I don’t know) came every day and asked if we had any complaints and whether everything suits us (and this is without a tip). The tip was given to the workers who brought the bed. Two days later, they answered his question that not all towels had been changed. . . he apologized, immediately corrected the situation and so that our mood did not deteriorate, he began to twist swans and turtles out of towels for us. Positive)). Food: delicious (especially pizza). There is everything and meat and very tasty fish and spaghetti and pasta and rice and sweets and fruits. We were there for 12 days, and to tell the truth, I couldn't even see the fish and look at the pasta)) A little bit of good stuff. And of course, it cannot be said that the menu is very diverse, you can not be a great guru and guess what will be for dinner). The hotel is mainly positioned on the Italians. And it seems to me that those who are going to rest there need to know. We were, to put it mildly, surprised that they have their own animation, we have our own. For the Italian animators, we were invisible without blue Italian bracelets (not even a nod of the head in greeting... you are simply not there). Animation - Ksyusha from Ukraine, Liza - Georgia. The girls are great, they try very hard and do what they can. But before this hotel, we rested in the Sultan and this is of course heaven and earth. Animation is not the forte of this hotel. Although I repeat. . . the girls are wonderful and work well, but it seems that entertainment for the hotel management is not the main thing. In the evening, after an hour and a half of animation, a girl sings. Beautiful, romantic. . . but in truth every evening is boring. The corals are beautiful, there are a lot of fish, the sea is super) There are many Russians and Ukrainians, and this, oddly enough, was not at all a minus. We became very good friends with the Russians and I think we will continue to communicate. Young people (daughter found many friends) have their own meeting places near the tables with table tennis)). The youth entertained themselves as best they could. From departures. My husband and I went to a disco (I liked it very much), but still it’s dumb for some girls without men to go there anyway). And the whole family and friends went to the Abu Galum reserve. This is a separate issue. I don't want to load it.... but the second time on this tour, not a foot. It seems that they were on a campaign for a month. In general, the verdict: the hotel is good, you can go to rest. The service is just great. And further. . . back when we were driving the flight was delayed for five hours. It was necessary to fly at 22.30. We were taken from the hotel at 17.30. At first we were indignant that it was so early. . . but then the jaw dropped. We were taken to a mosque, then to an Orthodox church, and then we were fed dinner at a restaurant for 1001 nights. And it's free. I wouldn't have believed it in my life if I hadn't experienced it myself. So go for it - you won't regret it. There are pluses and minuses. But with a good attitude, the cons are invisible to anyone!
