Stayed at this hotel for the second time. Last time there were three of us, we lived in room 203, the feature of which was the door to the next room (the so-called connection), which is rarely seen in other hotels. Therefore, this time, with two relatively adult children, we decided to book just such two double rooms, which is undoubtedly more convenient than family rooms. We arrived at the hotel at 6.50 am, warmly greeted at the front desk. We were found in the base as repeaters, put on gold bracelets and sent to breakfast. At first, we thought that this was an exception for us, as repeaters, but subsequently, more than once at breakfast and lunch, we saw newly arrived vacationers (they were easily recognizable by jeans and sweaters) without bracelets at all. Either the hotel made the right conclusions from previous reviews, or a security flaw, but the fact remains - the hotel is not interested in making you hungry and angry from a long wait for a room, because you have to wait until 2 pm, and in our case, even until indecent 15.30.
The long wait for a room was the only disappointment for us in this hotel, which was compensated by the issuance of a chic three-room suite (+ for some unknown purpose a kitchen area with a breakfast bar and tiles) with two bathrooms and a huge balcony overlooking the sea, which we got into immediately forgot all the troubles and began to enjoy the rest. The little things in the form of old shabby armchairs and sofas, battered cabinets, dust and minor debris in the corridor and stairs in front of the room were not paid attention to, the most important thing was that everything functioned and was in good condition. Room cleaning, change of towels and excellent bed making with bonuses in the form of figures and even if you forgot to leave a thank you - daily. Change of bed linen for 9 days was 4 times for sure. Because of the ideal gas station, it was simply difficult to determine. There were even attempts to dust, but they were less successful than making beds.
There have never been problems with sunbeds on the beach, it was a little more difficult with this near the central pool, but with 100% hotel occupancy, I consider this to be normal. Coral with fish is incomparable. By the way, when visiting a sea excursion with swimming near corals in the open sea, we didn’t discover something special for ourselves, we saw the same thing near our hotel.

The necessary minimum of animation was present, there were competitions, and water aerobics, and morning exercises, volleyball, petanque, there was even a foamy disco on the beach - it's a pity that only once, everyone was delighted. After dinner, a rather weak children's disco (+ a bonus in the form of a 20-minute cartoon and popcorn), performances by singers and thematic performances. But what was missing (this was during our last visit) was belly dancing near the pool during the day. Women are always actively involved in this event. I would especially like to mention the animator Vova, who skillfully cheered up the guests throughout the day.
We liked the food, it was varied, everything was enough for everyone. There are always several types of meat, fish, including grilled ones, french fries, pasta, pizza, pancakes, a lot of vegetables, herbs and pastries. Very tasty feta cheese. Several times there were dishes, grill, seafood soup (crabs, shrimp, squid). The cooks tried. I agree that the portions could have been larger, but no one forbade them to come back for more. Yes, it's a bit inconvenient, but on the other hand, it disciplines you not to gain too much. I gave four for food only because of the grill, which was often burnt. The waiters in the restaurant did not try, the tables were cleaned very slowly, drinks were not offered, unlike the waiters who served the tables on the terrace.
I really liked the bartenders - friendly and cheerful guys. I especially want to mention the bartender Mahmoud (Mimi), who initially worked near the upper pool of La Piscina Bar, but then was transferred to the terrace. His cocktails were the most delicious.
A buffet party for repeaters with wonderful cocktails, sushi and canapes with seafood was a pleasant surprise.
Conclusion - the hotel continues to keep its brand, but the replacement of furniture and renovation in some rooms is very much requested.
