First, about the cons: we went with the Anex tour, we ourselves flew from Dnepropetrovsk through Kyiv, we arrived in Boryspil - it turned out our flight was canceled! A slight shock, 2 a. m. , there was no representative of Anekstur and close, since the director of the travel agency in Dnipro quickly worked (even at night !!! ) it turned out that the flight was canceled, but everyone was re-registered for another (5 minutes difference between them). But why there was no representative of Anekstur at the airport and the travel agency was not informed about the changes is NOT CLEAR!
The second minus is NO representatives of the Anex tour in Sharm itself and the hotel (the girls were seen 2 times in the hotel - one on the second day they were nailed on excursions, if they were refused, we were told well, you are all free and the girls appeared on the last day after 20-00 and information about the departure, which in the end also differed from the true one). In general, I don’t want to deal with Anex ur anymore.

Now about the pros: the hotel is excellent, a solid 5, the staff is friendly, helpful. They took a room with a view of the garden or pool, for 20 dollars at the reception they gave it with a view of the sea. The territory is large, well-groomed, every corner is just an oasis, greenery, flowers, trees - beauty!
I would also like to mention the girl at the reception Anna, well done, you can get a lot of necessary information from her, she will help, tell you, she walks around the hotel every day, asks about problems and resolves them.
In the lobby bar there is a bartender Mahmud - cheerful, sociable.
In the pool bar, the guys work like bees, the waiter at the pool, Tamir, rushes like lightning, and for a $1 tip, he is ready to bring a star from the sky.
The food is excellent, there is no crazy variety, but everything is delicious, beautiful. Alas, they fell during the season when there is little fruit, but this can be experienced.
The hotel staff has a reverent attitude towards children, they spin lantern balls for them, they rush to help the kids improve their rest.
There is also a tradition in the hotel, whoever comes to the hotel for the 5th time, plants a tree and a sign with his name is attached to one of the buildings.
In general, I think we will plant a tree there.
