Just returned from a trip, so the impressions are still fresh. We rested together with my husband, already 3 times in Sharm... Not impressed!
First, the cons: 1) faced with the fact that all charters are closed in a week and you can’t fly away, as before in 2-3 days (we are from Kyiv, but we had to fly through Donetsk - it’s hard) 2) the flight was delayed back (but for charter flights this normal) 3) the food on the plane on the way back was disgusting and Egyptian-made) 4) the hotel is certainly modest in terms of repairs and furniture (but we no longer had much choice from what was offered) 5) they don’t like Russians - horror! when they said that we were from Ukraine, they were more friendly))) The main minus is the beach!! ! It is impossible to enter the water, only through the pontoon, which is located at the very end of the beach. . . near the diving center. . .
Now the pros: 1) a quiet hotel with a decent audience without stupid discos and monotonous animations (small contests and shows are held at 9 pm, but everything is somehow quiet) 2) the main Caravanserai restaurant - excellent cuisine (fish, meat, pastries, a lot of fruits!!! ) - I gained 3 kg in 8 days... 3) prompt and friendly staff (all requests were fulfilled immediately) 4) a lot of free space on the beach and no crowds in the pool) 5) very green hotel area - nice walk and sit on the benches in the evening 6) about 10 min. walk to "1000 and 1 night" - entertainment complex and 10 min. taxi ride to the Old Market (souvenirs, fruits) 7) next to the hotel there is a large street with restaurants, banks and supermarkets. . .

This hotel is for people who want to relax from the hustle and bustle. For couples and older people. Not suitable for young people and children, although we were pleased with this silence. . . )))
MAIN PLUS - the Red Sea with its rich underwater world!! ! This is what it is worth visiting Egypt at least once in your life! I would also advise visiting Cairo and Israel, as well as the Ras Mohammed reserve and Tiran Island (beautiful corals). Have a nice holiday everyone!! !
