I decided to write a review, because I do not agree, completely, with the reviews posted below, especially in the direction of Ukrainian vacationers.

the hotel is really worth the money, especially considering that the territory is very green, which is not typical for Egypt, because in the desert, in order for something to grow, you need to water it all day.

We arrived in the evening and were seated immediately. the rooms we had were bought with sea view, so they offered us such, with a good direct (as there are "side") sea views from the balcony of the second floor,

we decided to pay extra at home! 20 bucks to have a view of the sea, I note, the same money that vacationers "in the quiet" give at the reception, well, yes, this is everyone's business.

By the way, the girls at the guest relations are very responsive, both Russian-speaking and those who speak English.

there are no complaints about the room, everything worked, they cleaned it, towels, etc. , etc. (every other day they left 5 pounds each)

the sea was a little rough in the morning, but it didn't bother me much, since the pontoon is not very long,

in comparison, for example, with the Sea Life hotel, the pontoon is longer there + there is also a cape, so it was very stormy there.

there is a lot of food, however, it cannot be that in 8 days it becomes boring or tired, most likely you will not have time to try everything,

all kinds of side dishes, meat, chicken, fish, wonderful spaghetti, pizza, vegetables...

and even a grill that works every evening (every evening or fish or meat or chicken)

and sweets! and guava! and watermelon! !
you can dine by the pool, just come from 13:00 to 15:00 and ask for lunch, but there is a fixed menu, different every day and portions are limited, but individual service: they brought / took away plates, drinks, there are few people sitting near the pool. .

one of the things that struck us was not the intrusiveness of the staff offering massages and excursions, it's great when you don't get hit on the beach every 5 minutes

you will rub your eyes with them and without "bullying" smile and ask for what you need, and they will do everything,

it’s just that they are people too and are not required to endure rudeness, just some people think that for the 700-800 bucks that they gave for a person they should be carried in their arms and be in slavery! here they are constantly rude ...

Of course, foreigners spend more money than ours, for them it’s not the price of 25 bucks for a massage, or 5 bucks for tea, so they love them more, and ours not only huddle and don’t spend anything, they also want to pay for all inclusive they were licked all day long.

we personally witnessed a very unpleasant situation in the evening in the lobby bar, when a Russian-speaking friend came to the bar

and demanded 3 cocktails in pure Russian, no hello and please, and when the bartender asked him (by the way, in Russian, which he is absolutely not obliged to do, since he speaks English with all foreigners) what kind of "cocktail" does he want,

comrade barked "that he does not understand them and in general let's quickly what you have there",
the bartender tried to explain in Russian that he gives out only one glass in the hands of one person, and if you are a whole company, then the waiter will come up to you (this is by the way so that you do not fall down the stairs with 6 glasses in your hands while you go to the table , or spilled when playing children rush past you, and not to infringe on your "rights to a glass" as many people think) and asked where they were sitting, to which he received a phrase like "I'm standing here, give me"

and then, as luck would have it, the glasses ran out (they are brought all the time, and the flow of vacationers at the bar in the evening is decent)

so the bartender asked to wait until the glasses appeared, to which this man chuckled "ended, right? Well, come here" and when the bartender came out from behind the counter, he grabbed his collar.

in general, it all ended with the call of the manager, with whom this friend also had a fight, since he can’t speak in any language other than Russian and obscene.
so we told this story the next morning to the guest relations girls so that this bartender wouldn't get fired!


I am telling this story just so that the Russian-speaking visitors of this site understand that what attitude they will have towards people, this is how they will be treated,

I note that that person every subsequent evening went to this bar and ordered drinks from the same bartender, but without rudeness and swearing.

in fact, because of such behavior, such is the attitude of the attendants, they have learned well how "Russians" know how to drink, be rude and fight.
