I am writing a review for the first time - I really want to warn our tourists, because we ourselves choose a hotel based on reviews.
The main slogan of this hotel, I would make a replica of the cat Matroskin from the cartoon: "And I will SAVE! ".
Three of us went - with a small son (4 years old). During our stay there were VERY few tourists in all of Sharm. Tours from Russia are closed. Vacationers came only from Ukraine, Belarus, and Europe. Specifically, in this hotel, all vacationers were less than 20 people. Moreover, only we are Russian speakers. But it didn't scare us! We decided that school English would be enough to communicate with the staff. And I always smiled sweetly at the rest of the pensioners from Europe, and that was enough. We were given a quite decent number - 2 rooms, with normal furniture, a TV, and a safe! We were very happy, but now I understand that we were lucky because of the lack of tourists.
In the evening, it turned out that when the air conditioner was turned on (for heating, it was a bit cold for the son at night), after 10 minutes the phase was knocked out, and half the room was plunged into darkness. Say, SAVE the light! But we did not lose heart - our dad is with us! He will fix everything! In extreme cases, you can drop everything and go for a walk around the city - the location of the hotel is perhaps its only plus! You do not need to take a taxi - to all the bazaars - 2min. on foot!
Also, our dad chose this hotel because of the promised free internet near the reception, and took a laptop with him. But on the very first evening, we were told that they have neither free nor even paid, no Internet at all, because, they say, none of their vacationers (remember, those pensioners from Europe) do not need it, and in general, we are the first to this season asks such an uncomfortable question!
Our dad got angry because he had some questions in Ukraine (vouchers were SUPER last-minute), and complained to the guide.

In addition, for lunch there is also a dish called "soup". And for dinner you can order "pizza"! Great choice, really! Our dad tried 2 times to order "vegetables" - vegetables, I mean salad. The waiter happily replied that "OK", the vegetables will be - "french fries"!
The dish you ordered is brought to you each in portions.
From sauces - only ketchup! For dessert - sweet milk rice porridge! Pensioners from Europe are delighted! Oh yes! You can also order a hamburger! And what do these Russians NOT LIKE? !
About the pool bar. The pool is nice but not heated.
In short, you can swim only after a good portion of beer. But it was not there! It turns out that from the ECONOMY, you can drink beer in this bar only from 16 to 17 hours! And who did not have time, he will wait until dinner (until 19)! I have never even heard of cocktails! And once, when I handed over beach towels before dinner, I was warned that they would not give me a towel more that day, because they give out a towel in one hand for 1r. in a day!

We can say about the bus that there are 10 seats in it along with the driver! This is the level of "goats for the countryside"! Such a "pie" with seats! But we tried not to lose optimism! What's the difference - after all, we're going, we're not going! But when on the beach we were not given ordinary water for the child, our patience came to an end!
It turns out that from the ECONOMY, there is not a single person from the staff of our hotel on the beach! Although other hotels served as expected, for example, the same MEXICANO 4 *, although they had about the same number of vacationers. And when we asked at the reception, we were told that everything is in order, there is service on the beach, and like you yourself are idiots. I had to film the response of the bartender from MEXICANO that we were not served, because there was no person from our hotel!
ON THE THIRD DAY WE LEFT THIS HOTEL TO ANOTHER!
