Cleaning was poor, although we thought it was not the cleaner's fault. The problem is that they are not systematically taught how to properly clean. I caught a little cold on one of the days of rest and stayed in the room, that day I witnessed the cleaning. It seems like the cleaner is trying, but he really doesn’t succeed. In the morning they were still clean, but then they didn’t seem to be cleaned. This concerned the toilets on the beach and near the heated pool closer to the sea, as well as partly the toilets in the lobby. The most unpleasant thing is the pieces of paper, which by noon were already overflowing the bins, creating an unpleasant smell.
When it was too lazy to get to the sea, and for a change, they sometimes swam in a heated pool, which is closer to the beach, although the water there was so heavily chlorinated that the skin just started to itch. This only concerned me, since I am very sensitive to bleach, although my friends also smelled its strong smell.
The food at the hotel was perfect for us. The choice was always great, I liked the morning pastry the most. For breakfast there was a delicious scrambled eggs or scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, yogurt, cereals and muesli, coffee and tea, pastries, fruit salads. For lunch, thin soups, always chicken and beef, sometimes fish, pizza, pasta, rice, potatoes in different variations, sometimes seafood, cakes and a couple of types of fruit. For dinner there were themed evenings and a variety of dishes from meat, fish, chicken, grilled not every day, the same side dishes as for lunch, salads, beautifully decorated cakes and fruits. We had enough. For breakfast and lunch, you could go to an Italian restaurant without a reservation, there was less choice, but a pleasant atomosphere and music. The beer and wine were passable, but the powdered juices and cocktails were just terrible.
