The hotel is dirty, the staff is rude, not everything is included, you will pay extra in any case, they will find something for it, believe me! At 5 * it does not pull absolutely and the staff does not know Russian. Only English. There are exceptions, some service personnel speak Russian. But the most important thing is that no one knows Russian at registration. Filth, rudeness, rip-off......
