The sea in January was cool for studying the reef, so it did not get into a detailed overview of the territory https://youtu. be/4XWkLE_aW7I
But we were lucky with the weather in 2026. The main pool was also heated, from which the children did not climb out. It is good that ours grew up from the slides near the kids' club - the pool there is not heated. And the club staff did not motivate the little ones to be there, so this location is essentially a minus.
The pool under the main slides is also cold, and the attractions themselves worked sometimes. Once we asked the employees on towels on a hot day to turn it on - it was done, thank you!
We found the cool Banana Beach at the end of the vacation, but did not have time to try entering the sea without a pontoon.

This hotel was previously called Pyramisa,   tourists may encounter construction work somewhere related to rebranding. The airport is nearby.  In the Vie Bar in the lobby at 4 am the tables are not cleaned. There is no toilet paper. They charged $3 for wine at night...I can't remember anything else. Well, in terms of the All Inclusive concept, the hotel corresponds to the category - there is enough of everything everywhere. However, there is room for improvement. You can ask questions in the comments under the video - the answers are faster there.
Have a nice holiday!
