Guys, this is EGYPT!! ! This is NOT Europe with its level of service, and even NOT hackneyed Turkey... People have a different mentality! They are naturally slow, lazy and not very clean. BUT. . . It's not true that the hotel and the beach are dirty! Not sterile, of course, but as in ALL hotels in Egypt, and Turkey too, and much cleaner than in Cairo)))))
Service for Egypt at a good level. There are indeed overlays with All, but this is only due to the lack of development of this system in the hotel. The only WARNING for Russian-speaking tourists is the ARAB Hotel, i. е. focused on tourists from the Middle East and Muslims around the world. There were only 12 people in the NAS hotel (10 from Russia and 2 Belarusians). Hence the peculiarities of nutrition (the cuisine is more focused on vegetables and legumes, but there is also plenty of meat (especially when compared with Turkey), of course there is not enough pork)))), but what did you want - the East; ), and there is tension with seafood - well, not Arabs eat shrimp), some disrespect for women - the consequences of the dominance of Slavic prostitutes and the prevailing stereotype about our "natasha" women, and quiet measured evenings with an almost complete lack of animation (some small performances 2 times a week).
But in this hotel, like nowhere else, you will feel the flavor of the East)))

I want to praise the good location of the hotel - in the very center of the life of the town. Restaurants and cafes for every taste and wealth - for $ 20 you can stuff your body to the eyeballs with oysters, shrimps, lobsters and so on. The shops. Discos. In a few minutes drive - the old city, the bazaar and the open-air show in the style of "Egyptian Night" - well, already for a lot of color)))
Separately, about the SEA - yes, a bus, but every 10 minutes. And what they called a puddle here. . . For me personally, it's an ideal place for swimming! Beautiful smooth sandy bottom! For the sake of interest, we went around almost all the five-star beaches on the first line - the entrance to the sea is either not so hot, or none, i. e. from pontoons. I don’t know about you, but I prefer to view all the charms of the marine fauna from the pier or the side of the yacht, and not when IT ALL rubs against me with fins. Yes, and cut your feet on corals or spend all the time in these vile rubber slippers... And you can admire the beauty of the Red Sea, just rounding the cape!
So, if you are going to have a rest NOT ALONE, you are counting on a beautiful, but economy class vacation, and you don’t want to spend your vacation without getting out of the hotel... then this hotel is quite suitable for you, regardless of your age!
P. S. : ddaaaa. . . and about theft. I have been to Egypt and Turkey several times, and when leaving, EVERYONE and ALWAYS warn - keep EVERYTHING of value: jewelry, money, passports in safes! By the way, in the Plaza, all rooms are equipped with free safes.
