Just got back from the hotel. The tour operator praised this hotel very much. But in fact, he pulls on a three-ruble note. They flew well, they placed it quickly. But!! ! There is only one restaurant on the territory, a bar on the beach and a bar near the reception. None of the pools are open except for the jacuzzi. Where the water is very cold and the condition of the pools is very deplorable. The territory is large, well-groomed. Food for three rubles, but everything is quite tasty and fresh. True pastries are so-so. Fruits are snapped up instantly. But everything was enough. But if you stay at the hotel for 10 days, then you get bored quickly. The service in the restaurant is normal. The beach is very nice and clean. But if the pontoon broke, then it was repaired for three days and during the day when everyone is on the beach. Hotel guides are just a nightmare. The departure time for excursions is confused. Anemators are trying to rip off 5 dollars. for a free tour. Animation is very weak. After 16-00 there is nothing to do in the hotel. But the worst thing is the flies on the beach and mosquitoes, which are poisoned in the evening throughout the territory. And there are a lot of children and everyone needs to breathe this poison. It is not possible to sit in the bar in the evening. Bedding and towels were never changed in the rooms. In the shower hot water maximum 25 gr. We all got cold. The air conditioning was repaired for us for three days. But there is a big advantage - the water park and the bus that runs around the hotel. The internet is just awful. Eo is turned on at 10-00 and you can only talk in the hotel lobby and then every other time. And in general, in Egypt now it’s not at all like it was 2-3 years ago. There are very few people, and they are not treated well at all. It looks like we're interfering with them. Pay us money for 5 stars, but sit at home in Ukraine. And Egypt is looking forward to Russia.
If you are still going to Egypt, then do not spend money on 5 stars. Choose a decent three-ruble note and you will get the same result, only twice cheaper.
