Rested with my husband at the Reef Oasis Beach Resort from April 27 to May 4.2017. This is already my 6th visit to Egypt. Although I am a fan of relaxing every time in a new hotel, but this hotel is the only one where I would return : ) .
And here's why: First - it's certainly the sea. I have never seen a more beautiful and varied reef anywhere else. The advantage of this particular reef is that there is no depth and abyss at once, but you can swim for a long time and look at fish and corals. It is to this beach that many yachts with tourists sail and there really is something to see. If you sail a little deeper, in the direction of the yachts (5 minutes), you will find Temple Reef. Incredibly mesmerizing look. And thousands of small and large fish. The underwater world captures: two-meter spotted Eagle Rays, Napoleons, Triggers, Moray eels, and many other bright fish of various shapes and colors. There is a professional diving center on the beach. Instructors organize diving both at the hotel and boat trips to about. Tyrant and Cape Ras Mohammed. Very smart guys - true professionals in their field. Everything is explained, accompanied, controlled. We scuba dived Ras Mohammed and Temple Reef. A sea of impressions. For those who have never tried it, every day at 10.30 you can do a free trial dive and learn firsthand how it is to breathe underwater. Of course, the dive will only take a couple of minutes, but during this time, the understanding comes that diving is not scary and not difficult... and extremely interesting : )
Another plus of this hotel is the sandy beach, which is especially suitable for families with small children. The beach is very wide, there are a lot of sunbeds and there is no problem at all to find a place under an umbrella. Calm Italian music plays, a bar is open from 10, pizza, potatoes, salads, shawarma are prepared from 11.
The territory of the hotel is large, green, well-groomed. Nice to walk and enjoy the flowers. This is a real garden in the desert. For those who don't really like to walk, there is a bus every 30 minutes. So you can comfortably ride in the sun.
There is a small water park. Open from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. I recommend finding time for him, it is interesting there for both children... and us adults))))) got a lot of emotions.
On the territory there are many playgrounds, a kids club and other entertainment for children, but we were not interested in this. holiday without children.
The food was especially amazing. Since we are not the first time in Egypt, we did not expect anything special. But this hotel excels. For lunch / dinner there was always fish or several fish dishes, grilled octopus or squid. The husband took meat dishes from beef, or chicken, turkey. There were many salads and appetizers. The chef made several types of pasta from Italian macaroni. I especially enjoyed the delicious wine. Of the fruits were cantaloupes (green melons), bananas, apples, oranges, watermelons, dates. Of course, all the most delicious was quickly scattered, but after a couple of minutes the staff brought a new dish. It has never been such that a dish or fruit was taken apart and not taken out again. O! Another plus of the hotel is the coffee. Organic coffee at the restaurant near the pools, and at the Italian restaurant where most visitors dine.
Yes, there were no packaged juices and ice cream was paid. Weak wifi. They didn’t give lobsters for breakfast either)))) people, is this really a reason to be so upset) ??
The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is not new, but neat and comfortable. They cleaned every day, brought shampoos, etc. and left two 1.5 bottles of water. Swans and other figures from towels were not twisted, but most importantly, it was clean.

Of course, in the midst of lunch / dinner, they only have time to clean the plates. Although the hotel is mostly Italians, the employees speak Italian and English, and of course Russian. Someone is better, someone is worse, but it is not difficult to understand and explain.
