Turning to the reception again with a request to relocate us and offered 30 dollars. They didn’t take the money and gave the keys to see the new room . . they were better, but the cleaning still wants to be better... I’ll say it in a nutshell. Do not hesitate to ask for a replacement at the reception and the staff goes to the meeting. But the cleaning of the room is a big minus of the hotel, the biggest! Even if you leave the dollar, it may remain in the same place. the cleaner just doesn't come to clean the rooms!

The staff is very cultured, smiling, polite, always ready to help.
