We chose a family hotel, we chose this one because of the size of the beach and the calm bay. The hotel, of course, is not 5 * no matter what they write there.
After arriving, we got to the hotel at about 16:30, settled quickly, I asked for a quieter place (we were with a small 1.2 years old) and we were given room 41 ** not far from the "Italian restaurant". Indeed, it was quite calm and quiet. Nothing at the reception did not pay above.
The room is not bad, moderately dirty, air conditioning and plumbing worked.
The cleaner was there every day, he cleaned as best he could. I talked to them in the second week, they clean 2 guys there, 50 numbers hang on them a day, so they asked me to understand and forgive.
The hotel itself was once very good, now in all its corners you can see traces of merciless exploitation and desolation.

In restaurants, it feels a little dirty, you just want to wash the tables again. In the lower restaurant, you can carry out the quest "find a table that does not stagger" The food, despite this, suited us, choice, quality and all that.
The territory of the hotel is huge, there are many different pools, the beach is very large, the reef is also what you need. On the territory of the main hotel there is its fellow SENTIDO REEF OASIS, this is like 5 * for those who want to spend more. I honestly did not understand the difference. sentido has its own restaurant and a piece of the beach, the guests of the main hotel are ordered to go there.
Now about the beach. We were unlucky, on the days of our vacation there was an influx of guests from Ukraine at the hotel. Therefore, it was impossible to just come to the beach, take sun loungers and relax. According to unverified rumors, sun loungers were occupied starting from 5 am. breakfast time) 95% of the sun loungers were occupied. No comments : -)
The behavior of many Ukrainians in restaurants made me think that they came from some remote villages where everyone is wild and hungry. Of course, this is not about everyone, but the number of these people was quite large. doesn’t respect Ukrainians. It seemed to me that they don’t even clean the territory near their rooms on purpose, and they stand for several days near the doors of plates with leftovers, and under the windows there are gobies and packs of cigarettes with the inscription “smoking drives in”.
So it’s better to go to restaurants not at opening, but after an hour and a half. Don’t worry, there’s enough food for everyone, fruits are added and you can generally eat in a more relaxed atmosphere. Real Italians even appear in an “Italian” restaurant two hours after opening: - )

Now about the beauties of the Red Sea: you will see 75% of the fish here just snorkeling along the reef. I advise you to swim to the right of the pontoon before lunch, because the sun at this time still poorly illuminates the corals on the left. I can’t advise the dive club, it is no better and no worse than hundreds of others here, just at the hotel it is more expensive. 2 dives, day and night, cost me 110 euros, quite expensive. And both were super boring.
We almost didn’t see the animation, the little one went to bed after 8, so I have 0 information.
The Internet is only near the reception, that is, it doesn’t exist, but we didn’t really need it
I did not find a pharmacy on site, I had to walk 5 minutes across the territory to the shopping center.
We didn’t have any conflicts with the staff, they always spoke to us politely. Even once they brought a gift from the hotel to the room - fruits, sweets and various lemonades. I don’t know if it’s like that for everyone or we pleased.
The room key cards were often demagnetized, 25 times in all the time. It was a little annoying.
So the hotel didn’t really hook on anything, it could have been better, 2 weeks cost us 2400 euros, plus spending at the hotel on every little thing. I wrote a review a week after returning home, emotions have already subsided : -) All of the above is just my opinion , do not judge strictly.
