I read the reviews of other tourists and I see that the hotel management quickly responds to them, I also decided to contribute to the improvement.
We lived with my husband on December 15-22.2017 in room 8212. We paid preffered absolutely not in order to live in an explicit promo. Doubts began to creep in immediately, but everything worked in the room and therefore did not spoil our vacation with moving. Later we met friends and saw them preffered - two big differences. I turn to the management: stop this disgrace, it's in your power! If the hotel does not have the right rooms, all over the world they get better rooms, but here there is no clear distinction and fish are caught in troubled waters: for baksheesh then we will put someone in a better room. Hang up the lists of rooms, after all.
But the waiters and bartenders at the hotel are beyond praise: polite, helpful, tidy, even sincere. Everything.

This year we were in Stella di Mare and Grand Rotana, the price is twice as high, the service, in my opinion, is better here, as they directly predict what you need. Thank you very much for this.
Cleaning in the room is so-so, but if one boy cleans 50 rooms a day, as they say, then what can be demanded of him?
I really liked the territory, the beach and the sea, and I was also lucky with the weather, there is probably no wind and waves here; we know all the shoals in the area, but we haven’t rested so cool in December!
I also want to note for those who decide on the choice that the hotel is quite moving, there are a lot of young people and the center of movement is located near the room 8212. It didn’t bother us, but we can’t go there with the kids, the music rumbles until 22:00 for sure and you can hear it perfectly.
If you add up all the pros and cons, the hotel, of course, can be repeated. The food is delicious, whole and ripe fruits, three restaurants to choose from, natural coffee in the lobby for free (for $ 1400 in Grand Rotana, coffee and chopped green oranges are paid). Yes, and it can be seen that it was once built in good conscience. Another would be to put two small changing rooms on the beach, otherwise they changed clothes in the toilet. And for some reason, yoga began to be held not on rugs, but in the waves of the surf, because of this.
Have a nice stay in a good hotel!
