Жахливий готель!!! Terrible hotel!

I'm writing straight from the hotel, because I've wanted to do it for a long time! So I'll take turns.
We arrived in the evening (I + child 5 years). We put our suitcases and went to dinner. The heat in the restaurant is incredible. Food at first glance is the norm since we arrived hungry. After dinner, everyone in turn began to settle. We were given the keys and taken to room 9106. The room is small with old furniture, a broken refrigerator and a TV set of the USSR. The bath was destroyed. The shower did not work. It is not possible to wash because the water did not flow. But the biggest problem for us was that the air conditioner did not work. It was hot air, no matter how you set it up. The heat outside is unbelievable, and it was much hotter near the room. I asked to change the number to which there were no available numbers. The master will come and do it. I came, but no miracle happened. We didn't sleep for 2 nights. I tried to open the balcony - mosquitoes came. We were bitten. The child overheated - began to vomit.
We gathered at 5 am to urgently change the number at the reception, because it was impossible to live there! ! ! ! ! By the way our room was paid for improvements! ! ! !!

With grief in half we are transferred to room 6126. The room is spacious, shower and refrigerator working, and most importantly the air conditioner worked and the room is comfortable! ! ! ! ! Well, finally, I thought. But that's not all! A huge piece of graphics fell off the sink when my baby washed his hands! ! ! ! ! ? ? ? ? ? Because that piece was glued! ! ! ! ! Miraculously did not fall to his feet! I reported this to the reception. They said let's come and see if you did it or yourself! ? ? ? As a result, they apologized. I asked to just clean up. So no one came. The next day we were on the beach and returned in the evening. Going into the room a terrible stench? ? ? They glued that piece with something angry about where it was. I'm shocked. It is impossible to smell any chemistry in the room.
I ran to the receptions with incredible anger to say that they were morons! ! ! !!
Glue on Sunday, in the evening, and when do I have 2 days left before departure? ? ?
We change the number again. That is, for vacation it is number 3? ? ? Only those and did that suitcases was. Laughter and nothing.
A separate story for food. All food is monotonous in all restaurants. Something fresh and something not. The child was poisoned at the end of the holiday. Vomiting did not stop. I got a temperature of 39. The next three days I kept 37. Diarrhea 5 days? ? ? We were essentially on a starvation ration. There is no children's menu. The food is spicy. Every night pasta, potatoes and rice. You want food and you want to go hungry.
The most important tourists in the hotel are Italians! ! ! ! ! Cocktails and towels are worn under the nose, restaurants are closed for dinner purely for them. Ukrainians are not allowed. Animation? In Italian. In a word, boredom is complete.
At the moment I am sitting at the reception because the eviction is at 12.00. we have to be picked up at the airport at 4.45 pm ?? ? ? ?
The child fell asleep.
I asked to give a blanket because the air conditioners work and after three hours of waiting we froze. Staff response: "It's warm outside. We have a reception here" ? ? ? ? ? The gift of speech took away from me.
And now people are standing at the reception and very loudly trying to solve a problem and threatening the police !! ! ! ! !!
This hotel needs major repairs and staff changes. I have never seen such rudeness! ! ! ! ! ! ! Just rude in the eye. An urgent need is needed here! The hotel cannot operate under such conditions. It needs to be closed! !!
I will not advise anyone to come here, unless someone wants to play sports nerves and vacation
