We were satisfied with the hotel! We chose for a long time and never regretted that we chose the Reef. Rest there, mainly Ukrainians, Italians, there are Lithuanians and Belarusians.
A huge green area with many restaurants, bars, swimming pools and photo locations (for Instagram bloggers, definitely).
The pools are heated in winter, only some, not all. But there is plenty of space, there is always a place to swim and relax. Warm jacuzzis near the beach.
The choice of food is great, they cook very tasty: meat, fish, seafood, salads, side dishes, desserts and fruits. At the bar juices, water, wine, coffee, tea, cocktails. During the day, you can have a bite to eat everywhere - both in the bar and on the beach with burgers, french fries, chips.
There is an Italian, grill, Indian restaurant, Chinese lounge and regular bars. Everywhere all inclusive, you can have breakfast in one, lunch in another, dinner in the third. You can go to an Indian restaurant 1 time on the all-inclusive system (record at the reception at the reception), only drinks are paid (not expensive).

The animation, by the way, worked very well. On the beach entertained: water aerobics, volleyball, darts. In the evening they had a show, a mini disco, there is always live music in the bar.
The beach is amazing. Covered sun loungers, sandy entry from the shore and from Pantone. We bought a mask and swam constantly with it, watched the reef and fish. The sea is amazing there. Diving is also offered there.

Service is lame, as elsewhere in Egypt. Intrusive employees are annoying with their "how are you? Why didn't you Ukrainians bring chocolate? Have you already eaten (at the restaurant)? Etc. " Absolutely unceremonious, arrogant, begging for tips. Every second husband asked me who I was to him - a friend or a waife. They whistle after you if you walk around the territory or in a restaurant.
On excursions: we went on Safari to the desert. ATVs are the same old as always (although they promise that they are not old). We drove in the dark from the desert in the evening, my flashlight broke, I reached the base by a miracle. Arrogant photographers and operators yelled "buy, come on, you ordered" - no one, of course, ordered anything from them and they behave disgustingly.
