The hotel has a large, well-kept green area, a variety of trees, flowers, cactus gardens. In the evening it is also beautifully lit. Lots of pools, 2 of which are heated. We swam in one of them, it is with fresh chlorinated water. But the sea is more interesting) Its own beach in a bay closed from the wind, a sandy beach and a pontoon on a coral reef, a bar, towels on the beach, there is a water park. Small buses to the beach run around the territory. Fish swim not only at depth, but also near the shore. It is advisable to snorkel to see the colorful diversity of the underwater world of the sea.
Guides are pleasant, unobtrusive, courteous. We took 2 excursions from our guide, one was free, a sightseeing tour of the city with a visit to an oil and souvenir shop, an Orthodox and Muslim church (they are not allowed inside), the second was bought, but because of the storm part of the excursion was postponed or compensated for those who wished. We liked the overall quality.
Wifi is only available near the reception. They hardly used it, as they took a card from a local operator, the connection was good throughout the hotel.

The food is excellent, varied and tasty, a large selection of dishes, sweets, beer from alcohol, white and red table wine, fruits: bananas, oranges, pomegranates, melon, lime. Good service.
We arrived at the hotel at 12 noon, immediately gave bracelets so that we could walk around the territory and dine without any problems, settled at 14. We didn’t pay extra, we decided to look at the room, what they would give. We liked it. Our room had access to a cozy garden with palm trees and a fountain in the middle, with a small terrace with chairs and a table. Preferred room. The room has a refrigerator, safe, kettle, coffee, tea, bottled water, TV. Stone tiled shower room, washbasin with mirror, toilet bowl, bidet, hair dryer, bath set. Cleaning daily. There was a problem with the drain in the washbasin, they fixed it promptly.
Of the minuses: no bathrobes, slippers. It is recommended not to drink water from the tap, and brush your teeth with bottled water. Juices are not natural. The pontoon is plastic, in the first days it is unusual to walk on it.
In general, excellent, pleasant, beautiful, liked the rest.
